Shiranui nodded and made his way out of the lab. He was thinking about whether to take the beaches or the cliffs back to Cyllage City.
"I already have my supplies taken care of," answered Shiranui.
"I'm cool with that," replied Shiranui, "According to my guide, the next gym is in Shalour City, which is past Cyllage City, Geosenge Town and Reflection Cave."
Shiranui got his fossil revived and caught the Aerodactyl in a Great Ball that the lab provided. He named his catch Kohaku and now had two potentially powerful fliers.
"Thanks," Shiranui replied as he beheld Ambrette Town, knowing people only went there for two reasons.
Shiranui saw a Sandile surface from the ground and sent Honoh out to battle the crocodile. "Start with Aerial Ace!" Honoh put his Gale Wings ability to work and after performing a loop-de-loop, zeroed in on Sandile and struck, causing a lot of damage. Sandile tried a Sand Tomb, but Honoh dodged by increasing altitude. "Poké Ball, go!" Shiranui threw a Poké Ball and Sandile was drawn in. Honoh circled around while the Poké Ball was shaking. After a while, the ball snapped shut and Honoh retrieved it since the ground was too rough to be on foot. "Thanks Honoh; return!" Shiranui recalled his proud Fletchinder and said to his new acquisition, "Welcome to the team, Sunawani." He found out Sunawani had the Moxie ability.
"I'm in," added Shiranui before following Ryan out.
"That leaves me with the Old Amber," stated Shiranui, receiving the amber.
"Sounds to me like you had a run-in with the local crime syndicate," stated Shiranui, remembering Team Rocket and getting a feeling of déjà vu when he remembered their first encounter in Mt. Moon. "Ryan, would you like an Aerodactyl or an Amaura?" Shiranui asked.
