"Those two will be busy for a while," Shiranui remarked as Numeru returned the hug.

"Nicely done, Liam!" Shiranui praised. Numeru cheered as well.

Shiranui knew Liam had a good shot at winning his next battle as he had seen Liam use a fair share of Pokémon that were capable of handling Ghost types. He let Numeru out to add to the cheering section.

After Shiranui got his invitation, he found an import stand that had been set up at the markets and what caught his eye was a Jaw Fossil from Kalos. Shiranui bought the fossil and after a quick detour to Rustboro City thanks to Titania, the fossil was revived and Shiranui now had a Tyrunt with the Sturdy ability. He named his new friend Boukun.

"Glad to be of service," Shiranui replied, "How long is it until your Elite Four battles?"

"What about your Hitmonchan?" Shiranui suggested.

"Jiraiya can definitely cover for several types thanks to his Protean ability," Shiranui agreed, "You'll still need some back-up in case Jiraiya falls and against Metagross, Sylveon has a disadvantage."
