Shiranui had thanked the totem Raichu and was waiting for his team to be healed. "I believe we climb Mt. Lanakila and take on the Ice trial," he answered, "After that; if we're not missing any trials on this island we can take on the local kahuna."
"That sounds like a good idea," replied Shiranui. The totem Alolan Raichu suddenly appeared near the heroes, showing them its capability of using Teleport. "Looks like the resident totem wants to save you the trouble," he stated.
"I'd say fly, but a sandstorm could be a hazard," answered Shiranui.
If the logos are anything to go by, we may end up with a trio of wolves wielding the respective weapons and the third one wielding a spear or lance.
Yes and no—the two cities are both based on the same place. You can even see the London public transport iconography in the trailer and one or two red double-decker buses. Ryme City is in a different Pokémon canon than the city in Galar.
Not just Big Ben. You can also see the London Eye in that city and another city has the steampunk theme reminiscent of the Industrial Revolution. Besides, we've had out-of-place legendaries since Gen-V—the Swords of Justice were in New York City instead of France; and the XYZ Trio were in France instead of Scandinavia.

The region is the first one whose name lacks an 'O' in its English name and the name is Galar.

Still continuing the Fire Starter Chinese Zodiac theme with Scorbunny—Gen-I was Dragon, Gen-II was Rat (sort of), Gen-III was Rooster, Gen-IV was Monkey, Gen-V was Pig, Gen-VI was Dog (sort of), Gen-VII was Tiger, and Gen-VIII is Rabbit. Ox, Snake, Horse and Sheep/Goat are left and they already have Pokémon for them.
"Thank you," replied Shiranui before Jen left for the trial. He congratulated Jen after she returned from her trial.
Shiranui nodded and stepped forward into the trial area. An Alolan Raichu surfed in from the sky and made a come-hither motion. Shiranui sent Yuugou out and the battle was on.

"Yuugou, start with Take Down!" The totem opened by wagging its tail cutely, lowering Yuugou's Defence with a Tail Whip. Yuugou flew at Raichu like a missile and struck the surfer rodent with a Take Down, suffering recoil damage in the process. Raichu uttered a calling cry and a Baltoy emerged from the desert sand. "Yuugou, finish Raichu off with Headbutt!" Raichu zapped Yuugou with a Thunderbolt and the Beldum let off a bright glow, morphing to something resembling a Magnezone with Beldum for arms. Baltoy upped its Defence with a Harden as the newly-evolved Metang charged at Raichu and struck with its head, knocking the surfer out. Baltoy used Power Trick to turn the Harden from earlier into an Attack boost. "Yuugou, use Corkscrew Crash!" Shiranui twisted the Steelium Z in his Z Power Ring and performed the dance to activate it. Yuugou charged at Baltoy, spinning like a drill. The Metang's attack struck home and Baltoy was knocked out in one hit.

Shiranui gave Baltoy and Raichu a Revive and some berries to help them recover and in return, Baltoy gave Shiranui the Psychium Z. The totem Raichu showed off the dance that would activate it and Shiranui committed it to his memory.
"I'll go first if no-one else is volunteering," answered Shiranui.
Shiranui saw a pit open up in the wet sand and realised a Trapinch was becoming more active due to the moisture.
