I'm interested in alder being my character but can I negotiate for his age to be in the mid twenties at least like 24 or 25

 ouch! Shadow fang whined as he got hit by grull, he seemed so mean to slap him like that when he was just scared of that giant thing. Shadow fang hoped that whatever his next job was would take him far away from that monster he saw as Shadow fang rubbed his cheek and walked over to the chieftains tent and got down on his knee looking more dignified then he was moments ago when he was scared. Right now he couldn't show weakness to the chief or it might look bad on him for making shadow fang part of the tribe...

don't worry sensei your secrets are safe with use as long as you do the same Masatake said as he continued to eat his rice and meat. As long as sensei doesn't give any of them a reason to talk then Masatake think that it will be fine. One cant be in a team if they all don't trust each other with their secrets so Masatake thought it was a good idea. Soon Masatake finished eating his food and then started to drink down his water watching and listening to whatever else sensei wants to explain, that insight into his justsu was actually helpful for the future...

Oh okay, and yeah he will keep it secret regardless

 he is the one on the right side.

Personality: Shiba Akabane is generally a go with the flow type of person. Shiba doesn't really care much for the bigger picture or things like that so long as he enjoys his life while he can all the better. Shiba usually likes to be alone but that doesn't mean he cant make friends he just doesn't care enough to try but he believes that he would rather have 3 close friends that he can trust then 50 acquaintances. Shiba is always able to make the best out of a bad situation and can help relieve the tension in a tough one or an emotional situation.  

Bio: Shiba was born and raised in Puerto rico his life was that of a normal kid until he felt like he was to hot in normal cloths. Puerto rico felt hot to him so he always wore some summer cloths like shorts and light jacket (as seen in the picture). He was always going to be easy to spot but what made Shiba shocked was that he was controlling water or at least he was able to make his water bottle explode without trying to hard he just thought about it and boom. Since then his parents believed he was an esper so then Shiba moved to the city and started school getting judge and all that but Shiba always wore his summer cloths even in winter, obviously he got colds often until he started controlling his powers better. Shiba lives life to the fullest and has fun whenever he can
