hey its jangel13 here, been here a while and I do allot of rp types but I like to join those that have developing powers and character depth. I'm an idea guy and can come up with ant great rp idea with only a little bit of effort but putting it to work in practice is where I have trouble so I usually have a Co gm to help with that. If you remember nothing else about me then remember this: jangel13 never gives up an rp once he starts! I am loyal to the rp and never give up unless the GM does first!

First one yes second one no. You wouldn't go that far instead you would have inherited draconic information and have a better understanding of say fire spells from a fire breathing dragon. As a result you become intune with fire magic and can learn it easier. You don't start with magic out of the gate I am very adamant about that point

Their are no dumb questions here. You want to learn every detail to prepare your goblin for life I expect you to ask questions :)
As for what these "connections" amount to its different for each kind. However using the example I gave you: connection to nature would mean you have an easier time out in the forest and can better handle yourself in nature. It could also mean that you can connect with the forest spirits and elves and the like. Connection to divine would mean that you gain more blessings and gain reputation with the numerous deities faster then someone else.

Alright then, say you have someone that has thrown the shackles of modern society. No phone or anything so advanced and in exchanged lived out his life in nature chopping wood and living through the seasons until they become a real outdoorsman. That would translate as a connection to nature.
With a priest (and I'm talking devout priest) goes through his life believing in the commandments and hoping to join god in his kingdom then he has lived his entire life in faith. That would then translate here to a connection with the divine.

Uh huh, I don't think you realize that everyone starts out with his ability. It's why everyone earns different skills and techniques when they kill and eat something. If your asking for an amped version of that where you gain the body parts of the creatures you kill then no. For one thing you need to kill a lot of animals just to evolve to a hobgoblin which nobody has done yet. Second if I allowed that ability by the time you do evolve you be some kind of Frankenstein monster. I admire your crativeness but an ability like that would be to op from the get go.
