@Aewin@timelord1101@WonderlandAhh, the prodigal sons and daughters...Noice.
@LetMeDoStuff I'm assuming uninvolved is just anyone that's neutral yes?

They have a much wider, though slightly more difficult, path in the development of the story. It could be the best for interacting with Characters of the same type. However, it consists of Blacksmiths, Hunters, Maybe Mercenaries that can get involved. The hold itself will end under siege by the Lower-Blade at some point, including everyone.
I'm starting on writing a few drafts for the Thread, and hopefully I'll be able to get the actual thing up tomorrow, though it might be awfully written knowing me. In the Intro-OOC post, it'll have the available positions for the starting organisations for the choice section. As interesting as it might be to mix it up, it might be easier if we focus on the same pathway, roughly, so we can build up for the even larger plots later on. The Four Choices for the very start are The Empire, The Stormcloaks, The Low-Blade Bandit Clan and the Uninvolved.
@BurningColdI'll make sure to incorporate that somehow. Thank you dearly for the suggestions!
@BurningColdI wasn't planning on using most of the Guilds and their sort of storylines, and you bring up an exceptionally good question. Some of the roles being in the time period, I.E. the Listener, wouldn't probably be encountered and filled by an unmentioned NPC. They won't be getting around to everything, these characters, like the Dragonborn was ever so coincidentally. More popular and recognisable groups like The Companions would be around, and of course not everyone is going to be as invincible or battle-thirsty. For some of the Guilds, I'd like to at least get some own-created characters to fill their high ranks. Another point is that the Burning of Helgen will not happen, and the Dragons are you arrive in my own personal 'Decision'.
@Garth Oh the History is mostly canon, yeah. Thanks for helping me decide then maties. I'll probably keep Alduin if we decide on the Dragon's return.
@PirouetteI sort of wanted to keep the Jarls and stuff the same. Obviously we are going to use the Holds to their rightful allegiance...but then new ones help justify dramatic plot twists....all the Plot twists...
So, here's a topic...What Characters are going to be used NPC-Wise? Seeing as it isn't really canon, do we want there to be a change in characters, at least for the major Characters. Obviously all the citizens would be created by us, but what about the Jarls, Generals etc? Should I make new ones or refer to the canon ones?
@PirouetteI should be fine with that! I'm open to most races, but using The Standard Imperials and Nords would be a good idea, if you choose to follow a path's beliefs.
@BurningColdThe thread will have a rule that doesn't combat what you want. In all my High Casual RPs, I refer to grammar and sentence structuring, rather than length. I have a rule in every RP where about a paragraph of writing, 5-6 sentences, is the minimum. Don't worry, there's no max limit, but if you only want to write a paragraph, go for it.
