Everyone needs to post as we're finally to our first major event.

Eventually the town bells began to rang signalling that the festivities were to begin . Throngs of people all converged over the relatively tiny area to listen to the introduction and mass blessing. The man in the odd outfit and hat that was disappointed in his endeavors soon found himself rubbing up against a mass of people moving to the plaza. Soon the magically enhanced voice of the priestess boomed over the crowd. She greeted them all and then began into an explanation behind the festival and gave out the traditional prayer and invocations.

Within the plaza stood some sort of portable shrine with a statue and as she talked the other clergy would move some objects and start lighting torches that would give colored flame. Then they would be moved to different racks with their purpose being conveniently explained. While a processional band would start the opening melody and beat to the festival music. Each part in the ceremony rumbling awake and going quiet and repeating itself as the music grew longer.

Ahh insecurity issues.
