How is it tough?

Since a bunch of the elements is there for the humor caused with the juxtaposition of Saitama's boredom with his vast power and your battle shonen tropes.

With Saitama out of the focus you get what amounts to a less Nascar version of Tiger and Bunny with goofier looking heroes.

I don't see the inactivity as worrying yet since Thanksgiving just happened along with the fact that anyone who is in US schooling is nearing the end of the semester. So I'm not surprised if things slow down.

Like I got one class day left and then I got my essays and tests to complete before I'm free for "Winter break"

Also you should add several dozen scare quotes to "Timeskip".

That being said there needs to be stuff to do so you got that mini scenario of that ingame event. Also you can send me pms of things you want to be incorporated into your "Secret" when it comes into play.

Playing the game itself isn't difficult. Rather the complexity comes with the aspect of building your powers since you'll have to combine various effects.

Although some powers might be easy like flight which is its own entry in the effects list or a kamehameha wave which would be the "Blast" power with an AoE

I like mutants and masterminds for super hero games. It hits that sweet spot of enough mechanics to satisfyingly build what you want without getting too clunky.

The website is basically the core ruleset but I can supply some other stuff like the booklets with powers based on x themes or the gm book which has additional info on antagonists and extra rules.
