Three things:
First, please add some paragraph breaks to your text, the combination of no breaks and centered aligned text is very unpleasant and difficult to read.
Second, please clarify the nature of the illusion move, it is too vague for my liking.
Last, I would say the hard light ability is two separate moves, one for the shield and the other being for the magic missile attack.

At this point I was thinking of either going with the idea I pmed you, or just making his martial arts magic. Reason being I have no clue on the assumptions of what character with martial arts might do. And if we're going to be battling supernatural stuff better to have his main method of hitting things to scale upwards.
