okay, watched the first episode of goblin slayer, not nearly as bad as what it was made out to be. Still a bit depressing but hey, saved 2 of 4 rookies, coulda been worse.

So i figured out, as much as id love the equivalent of an anime doom guy slaying goblins, i dont like seeing the lovely anime chicas catch a case of the mutilation.

i did not post last round because not everyone had finished responding to my last post, and I am working on one right now. I would have responded already, but I wanted Lis to respond before continuing and making it seem like he just went on and kept doing other things. I did want to respond earlier about the spears, since he was referring to short spears, not the really long eight foot ones, but more like a meter and a half to even six feet, which could still be useful indoors.

Aiden nodded in understanding. In fact, it sounded a lot like a larger version of a snare he used to use for small game. He turned to Brisa to try to explain it better, "Hes saying to make a frame that also has wooden spikes on it, like a snare of sorts that we will trigger instead of the prey." He laid out the material in the form that they would build it on the ground, frame first. He smiled when he saw her already ahead of him with the vines. He would take some that she had already chewed and worked, and then he would weave it through the frame he laid out, tightening it to secure the pieces together.
Then he had to make the spikes, which were more like multiple wooden spears that intersected and protruded ominously from the frame. when he finished putting it together with Brisa's help, he looked around wondering where they would put it. the best place would be their most open position, maybe between traps where it would look like an opening. Aiden stood up and inspected their trap. working on the camp's defenses had completely taken his mind off of what he did earlier for the time being and he seemed to notice something just now, "Uuuum...Brisa?" he called, now staring at his hands, "exactly how long does this color spell last?"

no, no. my post have just dramatically dropped in number this past month. I've picked up a lot of hours at work and have been checking in for updates but not really making good posts because I normally check it when I'm on my phone like I am now. I'm sorry I've let this slip and I will try to get a post out to or row when I'm at my computer instead. sorry for the long wait.
Cool, always glad to have more, because we SERIOUSLY NEED PEOPLE TO POST..... *evil glare* 
@POOHEAD189 ah, I see. to be honest I just put the idea out there not knowing what their full ability is. thoigh this should actually help with writing my character because he doesn't know much about them either.
could also do arrowheads fairly cheap comparatively, especially since they are one use they could just be layered in a leafing. though for close quarters it would have to be recurve or a crossbow in which case it would be the tips of the bolts.
@Kreutzerdon't worry, it's understandable. at the moment it seems we are starting to wake back up but eh.... only just so it would seem.

@manapool1 as long as you stay in this time, it wouldn't bother me, more the merrier. So far on the schedule @ShadowVentus's arc is up next followed by a Dremmick arc so there is plenty ready to go once we get out of this creepy lady's basement, lol.
@DeadlyPhoenix I'm gonna have a character arrive at the guild hall in my next post if you want to throw your character in and get them settled.
@booksmusicanime I still have it bookmarked as well. I should go back and red some. Interestingly enough, there was no Dremmick in the old one, yet he has turned out to be one of my favorite characters I've ever RPed, even if his magic is creepy and he is slowly losing his mind.
Though, Jared was actually my favorite from the last one, even though he was somewhat of a neutral character. he wasn't good or bad and that was a fun place to rp. and if you knew the history that tek and I wrote up between him and Charlie (the dude who could create explosions around him) that would have been awesome. I had just explained how Jared's body became what it was in the old one too when it died.
