"Yeah... it's private enough." Amelia said, slowly moving over to small stream and putting her hand in the water, a small smile playing on her lips. This place reminded her of old memories" This place actually reminds me of a lot of things. You see... I can't remember my real parents. They abandoned me in the middle of some woods when I was little. I don't know why but I don't care why either. Maybe I wasn't good enough for them or maybe they were afraid of my ability... you see, I can see the dead. To me they're like normal people. I can see them, talk to them, and even touch them as if they were solid. That may be why they abandoned me. But it might've been my heart as well... I just don't know and I've given up on finding out why.
Either way I spent a long time in some woods, very similar to this. There were a lot of spirits there, but the two that looked after me were Atticus and Shin. If it weren't for them I might have died from starvation, thirst, or my heart. But they looked after me for years and to me they're my closest friends... my guardians who will never leave my side. I hope you understand why they got so upset earlier. They've devoted themselves to keeping me safe.
Anyway, Ellis was the first one to find me. It took her a while, I don't remember how long, but I didn't leave until she found a way for me to bring Atticus and Shin with me. Once she finally got me out of the woods she took me to her place and began looking after me. She taught me everything I know. Eventually we moved here and... and she vanished. She left me... just like everyone else... after all who wants to be with a girl who can see and talk to people who others can't see and summon monsters from their nightmares."
By the end of her story Amelia was in tears again but it was understandable. Losing one of the people closest to her and had shown her so much kindness after years of isolation except for a few dead spirits. Every time she thought about it, it felt like someone was sticking a hot knife in her heart.
((OOC: Just a reminder, just like her magic and ability to see spirits, Amelia has kept her heart condition a secret from most members of the guild. Only the guild master will know since Ellis told him... her... whichever.))

"Huh... carry me?" Amelia said, somewhat surprised. She knew she shouldn't be, given how Elliot had been kind enough to carry her earlier, but she still wasn't used to people interacting with her or being kind to her. She was going to summon Shin or Atticus to carry her after the journey got too hard but given that Elliot had given her the option." Well... if it won't bother you I guess... I guess it'll be fine."
Amelia looked surprised when Elliot said he cared but the words brought a smile to her face

It was proving a bit harder for her to keep her balance then before so she held onto the back of Elliot's shirt with one hand as she listened to him tell her about the little spot in the woods he knew." I was thinking a house but that sounds nicer. Please, lead the way."

"Ellis was the... she was the person who found me and gave me a real home again." Amelia said, looking upset now with tears forming in her eyes." I... I don't like talking about my past... but I'll tell you about it if we can talk somewhere... more private and if you promise not to tell anyone. Of course that's if you're even willing to hear me out. It's not like anyone really cares in the end."
"It's not that I don't know my past. I just don't know where to say I come from... I've had so many places to call home, some more so then others but... which of them is my true home I don't know." Amelia said, looking rather disheartened now" I don't even have anyone to talk about it with since Mama's missing... What would you do Elliot? Who would you talk to?"
Maybe you and Lord can reply to the PM I shot you then as well then. But I understand, we all have lives outside of the site. I shall wait.
