Really, if the existence of a dragon is the issue, there's always the lacrima route. That's how Laxus and Cobra got their magic. As for the different magic part, I don't see everyone issue with it. Just because the element is similar or the same doesn't mean the magics are. I would think two makers of a different element, wood and ice for example, would be more similar. But then again that's just me so it really comes down to GMs

First off, isn't Mount Hakobe firkin huge? I mean seriously, look: It's pretty big here. We don't even see the bottom half here I would say. If the mountain is as big as I think, it would not surprise me if two dragons lived on opposite sides. Even if the dragons were to know of each other, it doesn't mean they spoke to each other. Not only that, while Ice and Water are similar elements, there is enough difference to consider them as different magic. Juvia and Gray's fight could be seen as an example of this. I can't help on the Acnologia front, but if one first-gen dragon-slayer got through, I don't see how another one can't either.

There aren't rules against her being a dragon slayer. So long as all the GMs are fine with the app, she can be one.

Joshua had heard the whole confession due to him standing near the door and he wasn't all that surprised to see Lazarus come out and slowly fall to the ground, looking exhausted and worried. He had seen confessions break the toughest people he knew and turn them into gibbering wrecks. Lazarus had at least gotten the words out before running out of there. Remaining silent he waited until Sasha came out and said that she trust Lazarus. He could interrupt here but he figured it would be best to remain silent. He doubted the two would even notice him until after the fact, since they were focusing on each other so much.

"The only person who took me in as their daughter is dead now." Amelia said" Everyone who seems to get near me end up abandoning me or dead it seems." Sighing to herself, she played with her locket a bit, opening it to look at the picture inside "But I can still see her, even if she's dead."

Amelia listened to Jarvis explain about his daughter and how she died, resulting in him feeling guilt over her death. She lowered her head as her grip on her locket tightened. Her expression was trouble and sad as she thought about how lucky the girl had been to have a father that cared about her. When Jarvis held out his hand and asked if she was hungry, she simply nodded and took his hand. Once they finally found some food and a place to sit down and eat, she finally spoke. "Your daughter was lucky to have a father like you. My parents must've thought I was trash." She said, avoiding looking at him.
