So what, there are no gods?

Cause the way I understand revenents is as follows: the god/goddess of death either has a mission or makes a deal with another god. Death deity takes a soul, puts it in a body with no memories of its past life, only a faint idea of what its supposed to do to go back to eternal rest, and tells it to have fun.

I might be missing some information needed to have an understanding here. If you don't want others to see it PM me.

Heh, someone becoming a revenant could take years. The Raven Queen is a fickle mistress after all. Sides even if my character died and came back as one he'd have little to no memory of his past life. Not to mention my character wouldn't even start as a ranger in that case anyway. More likely to be an Eladrin wizard.

Why not have Ascot spot Amaya approaching and go talk to her. He would probably be surprised Joshua aint near her, given how they've pretty much always been together

"Take care then, be try to catch up." Joshua said, giving her a quick kiss before running after Thomas and Reno/Oner. It took him a while but he eventually caught up to the two of them just as a woman lowered a gun and introduced herself and a nearby man, who looked like some sort of construction worker. Once he finally reached the group he gave Thomas and Oner/Reno a slight nod.
"Thomas.... Uh... screw it don't know which one of you it is so let's go with Mirror Man for now." Joshua said, not really sure how to tell which one was in control of the body since he hadn't really paid attention to the signs before. He then turned to the other two" Nice to meet you. I'm Joshua, a companion of these two here. We're a bit new to the area. Can you tell us a bit more about these Cy-bugs and this Wreck-It Ralph person you're looking for? Did he do something bad or particularly evil?"
