The election is stressing me the hell out. The cycle exhausted me and now I wanna puke. Hopefully, a big win comes soon.

Marathon training started today, and it's just as painful as I expected. Wahh. But I do feel a bit better than I do on my normal run. Pain - Bad. Runners high from a long run? Great.

Bio

Hi!
You can call me Anna!
I'm a veteran of the old Guild, before the shutdown.
I love Supernatural, and currently, all of my RPs are Supernatural related. Feel free to message me with ideas!

Dean Winchester is me. I am Dean Winchester.

A mom. A wife. A very protective best friend. Pathological People Pleaser. Intimidating due to my patience and general ability to be unbothered.

I'm addicted to working out, running, and generally having an endorphin high. I also tend to be very annoying talking about it, but I'm way more annoying when I'm depressed.

I'm a hopeless Swiftie. So, if you hate her, I wouldn't RP with me, if you like OOC banter. 90% of songs I use as fuel are Taylor Swift deep cuts. Not really any exceptions.

If I currently RP with you, you're basically my best friend and I will protect you with my life. <3

And also, also, because I have super severe ADHD, I tend to ghost on accident. Never be shy to send me a reminder message. I don't get offended!

@FuriePhoenix owns my soul.

Jonesboro, Arkansas – picturesque example of a growing city in the making. Everything was in the works for Jonesboro to grow to be the size of Memphis, Tennessee within several years, and being only an hour and a half drive away, the two almost melted together, as it was.

The small city was one of the last to be overcome by the disease that struck the world. They were lucky, and they were sheltered by the ridge that surrounded them, but when the disease hit home, that ridge became their downfall. That ridge became a sort of barrier, keeping the dead in, and the living out. The living within? Food.

With that luck, came an equal spout of bad luck. Memphis is already a place of devastation. Between the unemployment rate and the crime that plagues the city, people have been looking for an excuse to escape; to find something better and smaller. They finally found their reason, when the city was taken over in a matter of days.

At first it was just weird attacks on the news: bath salts, children attacking cops and social workers, men and women eating their dogs in what seemed to be senseless violence. The mayor was murdered by one of his guards…who proceeded to eat much of his brain in the process.

Then the violence became more immediate. It became more real. Humans who were being killed while looting were quickly reanimating, and attacking others. Hospital patients in the morgue began to rise up, filling the morgue to almost breaking point, terrifying the nurses and patients that walked by, hearing the growls and moans of the dead trapped within.

Even worse was that the CDC had no idea what this was. The government wasn’t prepared. Hospitals that were renowned all over the world were not ready to deal with such a massive outbreak of a disease that seemed to not even be infecting the humans it killed. It was simply a harbored disease, and humans were its vector. The only point the medical professionals could make is that it was a virus. Viruses need a strict path to spread from vector to host, and back to vector. The dead rising up and moving, and possibly infecting others with their bite was a perfect example of this. However, the study was cut short, when the doctor on the case was infected, while attempting to extract saliva from one of his ‘subjects’. He later wiped out the entire lab area of the NEA Baptist hospital, adding to the chaos within.

With Memphis overflowing, the refugees will reach the city in a week…or a bit more. The city will be plunged into chaos all over. Fires will destroy what is left of a once beautiful classic town of prosperity and the American Dream.

This is the world we’re forced to live in. This is Jonesboro, after the dead. Can what’s left be saved? Can we come back from this madness? Can the world survive, or will it burn?

The OOC is coming up tonight. I get off at 9 pm CDT. Be looking for it :)
So, I'm thinking about making up the OOC now, and making the character sheet template now, but I need to study. Decisions, decisions...
Awesome. Share this :p
It just came across to everyone else as a bit harsh. Constructive criticism is one thing, but he seemed to get a little upset by the use of the word "worthless" and the world "useless" when pertaining to his character's traits. I could understand being upset when something you've created and worked on is called those names, regardless of if it is flawed or not.

No one is attacking you or anyone else, but his character was pretty much torn apart, without him explaining at all, and I (and apparently others) found it slightly unfair.
Multiple characters are fine, but if you start to slack off on posting for them, we'll have an issue.

You control when your character dies except in two circumstances: 1) You break a rule and do some sort of overpowered nonsense, in which case your character may be killed off to keep the roleplay realistic. It's not fair to the others for your character to be the god of zombies and 2) if you become so terribly inactive that you hold the RP back.
So we have four of our five? One more and the OOC goes up tomorrow night.
Bump. I'm tired of waiting for other RPs to get started, no offense to them.
Jonesboro, Arkansas was a booming small city. It was ever expanding, and was home to not only one of the top universities in the nation, but the top hospital in the state, as well. The hospital was set to take care of everything, from the bubonic plague, to ebola (which at the time wasn't even a problem). The city was lucky to be one of the last to fall to the 'sickness within', and it fell unlike any other, as an overflow for the violence in Memphis, Tennessee.

Yes, it took a couple of weeks for the armies of terrified refugees to reach them. It took a couple of weeks for the dead to truly begin taking out and reanimating the mass majority of the city, but when it did, it spread like wildfire. First it was a cop, bitten in the throat by a drug addict that the news reported was hyped up on bath salts. Then, it was a social worker, answering a call about a child left alone in a house. That child had eaten both his parents, and the family pet. Now, the city is plunged into chaos. Fire engulfs the once beautiful structures of down town, and that hospital? It's a breeding ground for violence and panic. It's a slaughterhouse.

This is the world we're forced to live in, now. This is Jonesboro, after the dead. Can what's left be saved? Can we survive?

Rules
-------
1) Be polite. If I see anyone bashing another for something in their character sheet, or just being a dick in general to the members of this RP, you'll be banned.

2) Show your interest here, but don't post CS until we have at least five members, and I post the OOC.

3) Know the rules of the universe. The Walking Dead zombies are a mixture of fast runners and slow shamblers. Sometimes they are buried in mud and sometimes they may even be on fire. If you go out on your own, be realistic in what you can take on by yourself. You aren't Tyreese, and it's not realistic for you to take on fifty walkers alone.

4) Have fun, and feel free to PM me with any questions. Let's start something massive, like Northwards was. :)

Let's show interest!
