@kafka komedy yeah blood was never fully explained. That said funny you mentioned Karkat as my sign is Cancer, though back in 2013 that led to a majorly unfunny coincidence
I always viewed Blood as two things. Passion, and Unity. Blood is the thing everybody always has in there body, and it's the thing that keeps you fighting.
@Duthguy Yep, I'm Homestuck trash. I briefly considered Karkat as my character, but I had my heart set one Cirno. Unless Karkat was GT, I don't think he'd be powerful enough to compete, what with half of his skill set being "people."
Glad you two are maybe interested. In other news, I think I've finally got a plot worked out. Tell me if you guys like it.
The players have been sucked into the multiverse for one purpose. To restart it. It's growing more unstable with each passing moment, so the players have to go gather the pieces of the OFF Switch. Each time they gather a piece, they gain a boost due to the OS's massive power, and are transported to a new world.
I want this RP's plot to be simple, without a lot of GM handling on my part. We'll probably all vote on which world to visit democratically. I want this to be able to work even if I'm not around super often.
I'm interested. Is there any limit to how powerful we can make characters (besides common sense)?
Generally, you should make your character about the power level of Cirka and Dan; Just above super heroes.
Speaking of which, @Duthguy I'm ready to accept him now, but 16 ft for the tentacles is kinda short. I'd go with 20ft. Also, I assume the super strength is like, really super strength. Like, better than peak human physical condition. Is that true? If not, I'd also boost that, or maybe give him one more, smaller power.
In other news, I'm planning on having a sort of "level up" system. After each world completed, you gain one new power, a boost in power, or a really good piece of equipment.
Personality: Cirka knows he's the strongest. He's confident to the point of cockiness and narcissism. This can get him into trouble, especially with his naivety and lack of common sense. He's not dumb per say, just a little foolish. He's tactless and honest to a fault, and hates lying or owing things to people. He's kinda self-centered, and can hurt people without realizing. Not that he doesn't care, he's just looking inward, not out. Powers:
Danmaku: Cirka has the ability to generate energy bullets. Though they are weak, and don't travel very fast, they are ridiculously easy to make. Most of the time Cirka just spams the shit outta them, since he's able to make about a hundred at a time.
Cold Manipulation: Being the ice fairy, Cirka is able to reduce the kinetic energy in atoms. This generally manifests as ice generation, though if he's feeling particularly vicious, he can freeze an enemy to death from the inside. This also means he is weak to heat, and immune to cold, and it's kinda chilly around him. Bring a coat. The range is about 6m
The Strongest: Being The Strongest fairy, Cirka has super strength- about the top of human physical perfection. Also, one doesn't get hit with Danmaku all day and not develop a resistance, so Cirka gets a slight bonus resistance towards energy based projectiles, such as plasma or laser.
Flight: Like all 2hu's, Cirka can fly.
Fairy Physiology: Most fairies are weaker than humans. Even the strongest fairy is only about 4'5" and is only 3/4 as durable as your average human. Luckily, they have Accelerated Healing, so it kinda balances out.
Equipment:
Popslice: A wooden broadsword that says "よたい" on it. It is unbreakable, even though it's made of wood.
Other: Don't worry, he's not all pixel-y like that.
He doesn't have the other swords. Not yet, at least.
I could totally do that for you! I'll begin working on it right now, in fact. Still haven't created my character yet, actually, so I'll just make him right now!
"Select your character. Remember, you can't go back later."
In Summary
Reboot is a multiverse RP with a focus on adventuring. You play as yourself, mixed with a fictional character. It's loosely based on Return to the Multiverse by Kalamadea and grandsword.
Intro
It's about 3 AM, and for some reason you're still browsing the internet. You're tired, bored, and not thinking straight. Clicking links randomly has led you to a sketchy-ass website that looks like it was made in the 80's. The only thing of interest on it is a single download link for an executable called "Reboot.exe." Apparently, judging by the mediocre description, it's some kinda fan game. Due to your lack of sleep, your common sense is just low enough to download it. When it finally finishes, the program opens up automatically and displays a simple title screen, completely white with only two pieces of text. The title, Reboot, and a "New Player" option. You hit enter, and you're greeted with a character select screen that is massive. So many, many characters to choose from. There's even a "Create Character" button! After selecting one of these, though, your fatigue catches up with you, and you pass out on your keyboard.
Important Info
Keeping in the spirit as playing yourself, I'd prefer if we kept it one character to a person.
No godmodding, of course.
I'm gonna need a Co-GM. If you wanna step up, feel free, and I'll consider you.
Feel free to suggest worlds to go to, and do whatever you like in each world.
I'm gonna be honest. I haven't really worked out a solid plot yet. This thread is both to garner interest, and for discussion of the (probably very loose) plot.
Generally, characters are pretty powerful. This is a power fantasy in it's purest form, so feel free to give yourself some stuff that would be considered OP elsewhere.
So, in this roleplay, you are generally an amalgamation of you, and someone else. Normally it's a fandom character, but if you happened to hit the "create character" button, it can just an alteration of yourself. Sometimes the character completely overcomes the player, leaving only the base traits of player, while being largely the character, or vice versa. Other times there is complete balance, even up to the point of two minds and/or souls inhabiting one body. It can be either of those, or anything in between. Powers are generally based on the character themselves, but occasionally there is a glitch in the system, and people can get mixed, or even completely different powersets to the characters they've been combined with. You can pretty much pick anyone, and again; the powers are based on characters, they don't have to be exact.

Here are some ideas that I might implemented depending upon your interest.
Crucible of Worlds: I could bring back the crucible of worlds; The all powerful device that keeps the multiverse existing and can manifest code as reality.
Cybertroplis: A sort of hub world where all Players start out. It's very high tech and futuristic, with 'nodes' to go to each world.
