I was thinking you could just give me some info on how your character would behave during training, and I could make a reference to it in my post. Like, "Milos was impressed by Ioannis handled the men" or "If the men got too unruly he would have Ioannis deal with them."

Cornet Von Nyon gets Paulus Ordo.

Cornet Leventis gets Aro Danius and Theodoros Speros.

Cornet Konyk gets Francisco Delgado.

I was just going to do a short speech and outline his general training style. We could use piratepad or google docs, but I'm not familiar with piratepad at all and I've never used google docs for roleplaying.

Maybe a montage? The rest of us can write reactively to it. And, if you want to deal with someone directly, contact them for their input?

Have the Enlisteds already been divided into Omadons and assigned to Cornets or do I get to decide who goes where?

Unlike Cazarosta, Blaylock doesn't kill his men or set them up to get killed if they can't meet his standards. At worst he'll just beat them until they stop doing whatever they did wrong.

Being cruel to your troop = shot in the back.
