Delilah Wells

Location; Campus Grounds then her apartment
Interacting With; Vivian Annabelle Corette--@Altered Tundra

Delilah was done with class for today and decided to at last check her phone for any news from Vi. It turned out that she was right and there was even another student missing today. Delilah had a bad feeling as soon as she saw that she had a missed call from her friend. Vi had called her during her class, which had to mean that it was something important. She immediately called her back, waiting. First ring.... second ring... third ring... fourth ring... fifth ring... voicemail. She had hit her voicemail. Delilah began to freak out and tried calling her again. Maybe she was taking a nap or busy doing something. She prayed that she was worried for nothing. First ring... second ring... third ring... Suddenly someone picked up.

"Oh my goodness! You're okay! You-"

"Sorry, I know I'm not the person you're looking for," a voice interrupted her. "I just happened to hear this phone ringing on my way back to my apartment and decided to pick up. I guess your friend dropped it or something? I can meet up with you to give it to you if you like."

Delilah's eyes began to water. It was definitely not like Vi to lose her phone and she could only imagine the worse. "T-thank you," she managed to say before breaking down into a sob. Her friend was probably missing and she had no idea what to do. She instantly felt regret for rushing over to class and leaving her. She regretted taking the rumors too lightly instead of taking more precautions.

"Are you okay...? the voice on the other end asked, confused at what was going on.

"I-I...I'll be fine... I'll make my way to the apartment complex now..." she answered back.

She did manage to meet up with the guy and got Vi's phone. She did not really have much to say but expressed her gratitude. Then she walked into her room and put it carefully on her desk, determined that she would find her friend soon so she can give it back. But for now, she was heartbroken and needed some rest. She laid in her bed, hugging her pillow tightly until she drifted off into reluctant yet much needed sleep.

Zeke Carter

Location; Class then Cafe
Interacting With; Corinthe Malakos @Obscurus, Clarissa Price @GoddessSophia, Peter Skojare @MiddleEarthRoze and Stella McGuire @HushedWhispers through text

Zeke watched as the classroom began to fill up and yawned. Classes hasn't even started yet and he was already dying of boredom. He was about to pull out his phone and text Cori when he saw a face that he had been avoiding for the past week. It was Clarissa. Of course, she did not want to talk to him either, so it was fair enough. Though as soon as she walked in, he could not help but stare at her. Why did she have to be so pretty? He ended up spending half of the class staring at Clarissa, and the other half trying to focus on anything else that wasn't her, even if it was the stupid, boring lecture.

Finally the hell as over and all the students began to leave the classroom. He waited for Clarissa to leave first, as extra precaution before he left as well. He checked his phone and saw that he had gotten a text from Cori and Stella, the latter being extremely worried so he decided to text her back first.

To Stella
From Zeke
Just got outta class and heading out to the cafe. I'm fine.

He understood why she was worried about him, with all the disappearances. But he could take care of himself. If anything, he should be the one concerned over her. While his sister was definitely not a pushover, she would still be in danger if the person or thing tried to get her. And speaking of concern, he should probably check if Cori was okay too.

To Daughter of Death
From Zeke
Hey! Sorry about that, decided to pay attention in class after all. Just kidding, I got distracted... Anyways, you heard about the disappearances and stuff? You're okay, right? Do you need me to protect you? <3 ;)

While he sounded playful in his text, he was genuinely concerned about her. He wasted no time in going to the cafe and got there as fast as he could. He may have even gotten there before she checked her phone. When he arrives, he saw that she was talking to Peter, who was a good guy in his books. He wondered how well the two of them knew each other. Maybe if he could set the two of them up.

"Hope you didn't miss me too much," he joked once he was in speaking range of them. "Hey Peter, what's up?"

He took a seat at the bar next to Cori, not bothering to order yet. He wasn't really much of a cafe person. "Are you just getting coffee for lunch?" he asked her. "Let's go grab those tacos we talked about earlier. You can join us if you want, Peter.

Delilah internally groaned as the wonderful and amazing Vivian dragged her for yet another run. She didn't even get the chance to say bye to Dallas and Rozelia. They continued to run until there was no one in sight, much to Delilah's confusion. She had no idea what was going on, though Vi was most likely going to tell her while she tried to catch her breath.

Ah, there it was.

And this was way worse than anything Delilah could ever imagine. She did not even want to believe that the news was true. It was also hard to tell if the source was reliable or not as it could be a messy game of telephone. Still, it was unnerving and Delilah saw the fear on Vi's face so it was still a grave matter. In attempt to make her friend feel better, Delilah pulled her in for a hug. Patting her back gently, she did her best to console her friend. "We'll get to the bottom of this. For now we have to get to class, but let's both try to get as much information as we can. We need to stay in touch and let the other know if they find anything else." She hoped she sounded more confident than she actually was.

Eventually she released Vi from her embrace and noticed that class was going to start soon. She was going to be late if she didn't hurry! She waved goodbye to her friend and then held up her phone to indicate that she should text her often to stay posted. She rushed over to her class which required even more running, much to her dismay. She really couldn't catch a break today.

By the time she reached her class, she just barely made it on time. Her hair was getting messy and she felt all gross and sweaty. This was not what she had in mind for her first day back. Most of her classmates had already arrived, leaving her with only a few seats available for her to choose from. She sat in the middle, among a few students she might have met the year before, and smiled at them even though she was not really in that great of a mood because she still want to give a good impression.

While she did her best to pay attention in class, she could not help but let her mind drift off to what Vi had told her. What if something really was going on? A lot of people could get hurt, and that would be terrible. Before she knew it, class had ended without her catching a single thing. Luckily, the girl sitting next to her was kind enough to explain what happened in class for her. Delilah made a mental note to give her muffins or cookies as thanks later in the week.

Delilah was taking her time, getting ready for class. Her first class of the day was going to be Battle Strategy with Simmons, who she had heard was a good teacher, not that all the other teachers on campus weren't good either. For her outfit of the day, Delilah had on a white lace top and a belted, pink polka dot skirt. She wanted to wear something a bit different at least for the first day of actual school. She put her hair up in a slightly messy ponytail, put on some mascara and lipstick.

She was making toast for herself when she got a text from Vi. It sounded like it was extremely urgent. She quickly grabbed her toast, not bothering to butter it or anything and rushed over to the benches where Vi said to meet up. It was hard to get there as fast as she wanted, as she was wearing sandals that were slippery. Still, she made an effort to somewhat jog or run over to meet up with Vi.

Once she arrived, she was already out of breath, still holding the sad, little piece of toast in her hand. At this point, it was all crumpled up and Delilah wasn't so sure if she still wanted to eat it or not. There she saw Roze, a girl that she never had the chance to talk to yet, and Dallas there with her friend.

"Good morning, everyone" Delilah said, as soon as she caught her breath again. She turned to Vi, wiping her forehead of the beads of sweat that had formed during her morning run. "Sorry it took me so long... I wanted to take my time today. And sorry for not texting you back, I just hurried to get here as fast as I could. So what's going on?"
Nova Infinitum

Vespira was asleep. She loved to sleep. It was one of her few favorite past times. Especially since they were allowed to sleep in today. So, who was the one that was playing the piccolo so early in the morning? Vespira had a pretty good idea of who it was but she was not the type to confront a person, especially not a tiny, little girl; it'd be like bullying. She slunk further in her bed, hiding behind a fort of blankets and pillows, in attempt to run away from the sound. She knew if she waited long enough, it would stop. The guards will make it stop. And eventually, it did, much to Vespira's relief. And she was able to fall back asleep peacefully.

A few hours later, or something like that, Vespira woke up at a more comfortable time. She sat up, stretched her arms high over her head, and then plopped back down on the bed. She rolled over to the side of the bed, using the blankets as a cushion as she continued to roll onto the floor. "Now I don't want to get out of this blanket burrito," she thought to herself as she snuggled herself in.

After ten more minutes of enjoying the warmth of her blanket, she reluctantly got out, made her bed, and got ready for the day. She made her way to the cafeteria to eat breakfast, hoping that they would have something sweet like pancakes or crepes, though that was somewhat of a far-off dream.

Zeke glanced over at his half-sister who had taken a seat next to him. He wasn't really in the mood to talk, but if there was anyone he could talk to about this whole mess, it was her. He leaned as far back as he could, his back unusually slump, further revealing his awful mood. He opened his mouth in attempt to say something, but the words didn't come out. He was humiliated, hurt, and angry. If he was in his apartment, he would be breaking a dozen punching bags right about now. He took a deep breath and tried again. "...I... Clar.... She... This guy..." he mumbled incoherently. Well, at least he was getting some words out this time.

Before he could fully say anything to explain why he was so upset, a dark-haired girl approached the siblings, handing him his jacket. He gave her a weak-spirited smile. "Oh, thanks..." he said in a low, husky voice. "You can keep it on if you're cold. I don't get cold too easily..." Actually, he normally did not need a jacket. He usually wore it just for the looks of it, or in case a pretty girl was 'feeling cold'. Though right now, he was not really in the mood to flirt. He appreciated the girl's kindness anyways.

"So, I guess you saw everything, huh?" he sighed, exasperated. "Let me just catch my beloved Sister up to speed. So tonight I told Clarissa how I felt about her and things were going great... until I left her for one second and came back to see her making out with another guy. I really should have seen it coming. I really am an idiot, aren't I? Anyways, so I pushed the guy and eventually came out here to clear my head."

Realizing that his sister may take this as a sign to destroy Clarissa, he added, "Stella, don't do anything. I know you want to protect me and get revenge for me because I'm your 'little brother' and all, but it's really not cool if my older sister fights my battles, you know?"

He straightened himself back up, feeling a bit better now that he talked about it. He turned to Corinthe and asked. "Want me to walk you back to the party or wherever? Just as a thanks for coming all the way out here for my jacket." He ran his fingers through his blond hair, shyly. He was embarrassed that a girl he didn't know had to see him like this. After all, he had a reputation to maintain.

Delilah gave a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness, you're okay. Let me see your injuries. I have some bandages and stuff in my purse, thankfully." she said, already getting the first aid-kit out of her bag. She then began to disinfect his cuts. "Sorry if this stings a little..."

"No it's fine, " Jay said softly, wincing his eyes from the discomfort he felt each time the cloth touched his injuries.

After a few minutes of disinfecting and placing band-aids, she was somewhat satisfy with her work. But now she had to make sure he didn't have a concussion or anything. "My name is Delilah, most people call me Lilah," she said, introducing herself formally before she asked some basic questions. It was the polite thing to do. "Do you know your name and where you are right now?"

"Delilah, it's nice to meet you," Jay said smiling,
"I'm Jay," he said, "I'm at the party."

She gave him a soft smile. "Jay, nice to meet you too. Okay, I think it's safe to say that you do not have a concussion, so yay!" She clapped her hands in delight. Then he helped him back up to his feet. "You're not dizzy or anything, right? Do you want me to get you a cup of water, or maybe some ice?"

She hoped that he didn't think she was smothering him or anything. She was genuinely worried about his well-being, though she did not understand what had happened. But she will ask about that later once everything was settled. She did not want to pry in anything that wasn't her business.

"I don't think there's any water left," Jay joked, his laugh short as one hand lightly gesturing to the collapsed table and the other to his clothing, "but thank you," he smiled.

"Oh, right. Haha! My bad," she giggled awkwardly. She was starting to feel a bit stupid but she did her best not to show it.

Though he still have a killer headache, Jay seemed to have gotten off lucky. The patching up that Delilah had done to his cuts and scrapes made him feel better. Granted, he still felt pain on his body, which was to be expected, but he didn't seem to feel as much pain, so that was a plus. Though, there was still the matter of Clarissa and how she was the middle of all of this.Jay didn't know how he would approach her about this. He didn't even know if he would now.

"I should probably say something to her.." Jay said suddenly, though his voice was low. It wasn't low enough that it would be inaudible, but it wasn't necessarily loud, either.

She focused her attention over to Clarissa who seemed to be busy talking to Vi about something. Delilah bit her lower lip as she turned back to Jay. "Okay, cool. I'll just leave you to it. I'll see you around?" she said, though she was unsure whether or not that was the right move.

"Oh, yeah sure, " Jay said surprised. He thought she didn't hear what he thought he said to himself, "Yeah, you'll definitely see me at school - I mean, if I'm not the pariah of the academy," Yup, that's what he was fearing tomorrow, but that wasn't his focus at the moment.

Deciding to leave the two to talk, she took a place next to Vi and whispered to her, "I think we should get going. I'm sure they have a lot to discuss and we shouldn't bother them."
