Also, I am sure that the presence of 1, 2, 3, 4... 5... yeah lets go with 5, ethnic-y types completely undermines and nullifies all the other far right shit going on at that demo of 60,000.

If your thread was Closed, nobody would be able to crash land a spaceship into your plot without your consent, and you'd effectively be the Game Master for that specific iteration. However, if somebody made their own thread that basically duplicated your plot up to a certain point, and it diverged from yours with the hypothetical spaceship crash landing, other players would be able to take part in that story without interfering with your plot.

Ha! Good to see that Poppy is still doing stuff, I hadn't heard anything from her in a while. The lyrics were really funny in this, but I didn't like the song as much as some of her earlier stuff such as Lowlife. I don't know about this turn towards more comedic material. I always thought of Poppy as a kind of weird art project about hollywood conspiracy theories, but I suppose the weirdness and the mystique couldn't be kept up indefinitely. I remember the original creepy feel of some her videos, especially the ones of the robot interviewing her, absolutely blew my mind when I first saw them. Anyway was still good and I'm glad she's still about.

What Roleplay section do you mostly post in?

I play in Advanced mostly, although I do foray into Nation, Casual and occasionally 1x1. Most sections have something to offer, but I generally look for is character development, a touch of realism, and a pace I can actually keep up with - generally speaking these three things I do not find in the Free section often, so I almost never go there. I feel welcome in any section I choose to write in, I would say Nation has a bit of reputation for being elitist (or at least used to), but its never been a problem for myself.

But honestly its not about the sections, its more about RPs individually. On the old guild the best RP I was ever in was in Casual, went on for years and had really good post standards and great players. It was well above the quality you'd expect of Advanced. So yeah, books and covers and all that.
