Katherin looked at the boy that called out to her. She gave him a shaky smile. She was glad that someone had said something. She didn't know why the guards or the scientist felt like they had to be so rough. No one was fighting them. She stiffened her spine. What the boy said was true. It would be over soon. She just had to get through this. "My name is Katherin Winter." The scientist jabbed the needle into her arm and she winced but tried to react. She was scared now.

"Yes. The tracker is in a shot but we need to give each of you an extensive physical. Some of you have never seen a doctor." The scientist explained. Katherin blushed. She looked down knowing he meant her. With the shot out of the way. The doctor began to check her over. He wasn't shy or gentle as he checked her over. There was little doubt she would have bruises when he was done.

Mutant Facility

Each mutant was put on a exam table. The were no dividers so the whole process could be seen by everyone. An older man came into the room. He went straight to Katherin. She sat up straight. She had never seen a doctor so she was more curious then scared. The older man grabbed her wing and pulled it until she cried out. His roughness didn't really surprise her but she hadn't been expecting it. He took out a need and grabbed her arm roughly. She didn't fight him but she looked at the others looking for reassurances. She wasn't sure why she thought they would reassure her but she hoped one of them would say or do something.

Sean signaled the guards. "Take him out of him here. Since they don't care what happens to each other then I guess we are done with trying to work as a group. I'll take the panther back to Vlad. Tomorrow we will try solo missions. If they cant work together maybe one or more of them can prove themselves as individuals. I don't have Vlad's vision. Group mission might be impossible with a bunch of criminals. We will start with individuals."

"You are here because you are different. We don't understand those differences but we aim to do so. Some of you have been easier to catch then others. But most of you are very dangers. Because of this the missions given you would be deemed too dangerous for humans." the head guard explained. "The scientist in charge of this will draw your blood, place the tracker in your blood, ask you what you can do. You will be given physical, mental, and skill test to see how we can best use you."
