Well I wrote the end, and it's the first part revealed... so... awkward. But there you go. We can make changes as needed. I can even completely redo it if it messes with you and/or Rune the way it is.

1. You make it sound like you want us to generate a lot of the missions/jobs, so: How often can we do this before we start being absentee to the main plot (whatever that ends up being)?
2. Can I suggest a new job, and do all suggestions have to go through you?
3. You said something like "we have enough antagonists," so what are the rules for like "boss" enemies, or one time mage baddies that appear just for one job?
4. Going along with the third question, what are the rules on making secondary characters aside from our main Fairy Tail cahracter, that appear MORE than in just one job? You know, like characters tied into our main character's past. They'd be bigger and more important than any one-off baddy, so would expect full character sheet, and would we be allowed to use them throughout the RP, assuming they survive the events that occur around them?
4.5 Can we have more the one character in the guild? Like, what if we run into Juvia or Gajeel type situation where we want to have a former bad guy join the guild?
Many of these questions may or may not have anything to do with ideas I have for the future... and I figure other people might also want to know.

Well yeah, it's that too. Probably better if we just get a new letter. Preferably a consonant. Vowels are NOT good for these 4 letter names. I was thinking about it, and none of the three teams we see in the original RWBY have vowels (unless you count y I guess.) JNPR (juniper), CRDL (cardinal), RWBY (ruby). I realized what made them work is that the vowels are all assumed, which makes it way easier.
Well, so far, my three ideas are...
FAAJ (phage... it's something)
JAFA (Jaffa... some sort of middle eastern orange I guess)

I'm also not sure how I feel having a team named after a texmex dish... not to be picky... but... yeah...
