I have to penalise you somehow, and it's either lowering the refund or using a large, spiky baseball bat on your most tender body parts.

I wouldn't allow a total 'fireproofing' of a character, or any other elemental immunity, but I would allow a reduction to damage of certain types, or absorption under certain circumstances or with some countering vulnerability, such as with Flare's Flame Body trait being weak to cold-based damage.

I'm thinking of something as a trait that prevents the burning status effect, he can be hurt by fire, but cant catch on fire.
Hmm... I have a dilemma...

Should I give Heretic demon wings or demonic teleportation?

*Tosses him a redbull.*
Redbull gives you wings.

I'm afraid I can't let you do that. Arrow > Knee.

You do know there is a Fist In You Face!!!!!, right?

You are no match, for my 'face to your fist' technique!
To put it simply, yes.

I've no problem with using 2 Skill Points to reduce the cost of a power by 1 Energy, to a minimum of 1. You wouldn't be able to reduce it further than that though, as you'd still have to keep the skill as a triggered Ability rather than a free Trait.

Using the points this way rather than dumping them all into Defence would also give you the option of having higher Attack if you needed it, rather than being stuck with high Defence and not being able to help with tougher opponents.

Question: I haven't used metamorphic rock since getting it, can I recycle the unused ability for 2 points to knock rock skin down in cost and i'll add some more points to keep cheapening it. I'm thinking to spend 6 points to drop rock skin from 6 to 3, equal to metamorphic. I'll spend 2 points to gain the police armor as a trait like bumblebee did or I was thinking of either taking up the gasmask as a trait, good for a defender to reduce available status effects from hurting him.

I was also thinking of acting on his newly revealed firefighter history and taking a 'fireproof' trait of somekind.
Cool. I was thinking that his special ability can be to absorb energy from his shield position, fire the energy back out of the cannon on the top of his head. Touches of 'solar beam' from pokemon.

When the last of the cops were down, Brick went to work, instinctively shifting his rocks to potect his hands as he stripped the cop from his molten body armor before the man was cooked alive in it. He'd wonder how he moved the rock around later once he freed the man from the near death experience, he didn't want the molten nylon to become napalm on these poor officers.

"Medic! Double check the cops! We want as low a body count as we can. Lets strip them down to handcuff them and Flare weld the locks shut. These girls use sound so I say three of us, Me, Rocksmith, and Bumblebee go up first with the cops masks on and flash bang them when we get up there. Do to them what the cops did to us, thee count later (one round) the others come up and rip these girls a new one. Rocksmith, if you have to be center stage, then sigma takes rocksmith's place."

As he spoke, he put the armor that on he took off the wounded warrior and the mask. If the agency wouldn't give him body armor, then he was going to perform some 'on site acquisition'. He just hoped it would hold up against the next fight.
