Working on a CS, are allowed the be 'inspired' by heroes who have come before? "I'm the new 'robin'." sort of thing?

I just hope Chi-Tah doesn't lose his head.

It lets an average athele run at 40 MPH, as the average athlete runs 5-15 MPH we can assume the average of 10MPH so it is a X4 multiplier to speed. Turning his 120 MPH to 480 sprint. And that is someone in a garage.
Eklispe for R.A.T.S. 2!

I second the motion.
I agree.
Lob

Location: The Road
Interacting With: 'Bear'.

Lob grew a mighty stupid grin as she fondled his offered sack. She would lick his honey and he would put her meat in his mouth. Good trade.

He was about to speak again when the alpha praised him for getting them there, he was being a very good boy today. Only for Ash to become alert and her to issue orders. He took a single hop and was up in a lowest hanging branch by his hands, up and up he slipped into the branches and made his way across from above.

Step, pause, lean, pause. He only moved when the setting sun made the winds shift, hiding the groans of protest to his weight amongst the sighing branches. The darkness his no secrets from his nose and his orcish vision. But he was confused, he saw another, but smelled a bear. The same bear he smelled before the sunset? A bear walking upright?...Bugbear?

Holding to the branch, he let out a long low howl to ash and alpha, a calling of returning pack members to indicate no threat. Then the bear spoke:

"Hello! I'm a lone traveler without any real valuables on me, so you wouldn't get anything from robbing me. If you're friendly people, I'd love to have a meal with you!"

Taking risk, Lob lowered himself down behind her with all the stealth the plainsman could muster to start taking in her scent before speaking.

"Me, Lob. You, Bear!"
Had an unannounced loss of internet, back now.
Juro Saw and felt the kid blow past him as he struggled to hold onto the box of dozen dounuts from the 24 hour place he just came from. He wasn't looking for trouble, but he was looking to see if this kid left anyone else behind him in danger. That is when he saw instead of heard the half-dozen on motorycles chasing the kid. Six-to-one, seems like the odds for a lynch-mob.

Juro was technically on patrol to police the mutant presence in central park when all this was hitting the fan. He only had a few seconds to act, but it was amazing what you can do with helping hands. Two of himself took a spool of 1000 Lbs line and ran across two trees to brace for impact with their whole bodies into it instead of just their hands. Any that tried to run the wire would get seriously screwed up sliding under or getting clotheslined, those that tried to go around the utterly obvious trap would find themselves being fed down either side to divide their forces where two more of himselves were waiting on either side knelt and taking aim to floor them with rubber rounds for the first two rounds as warning shots to try and knock them off their vehicles.

Lastly was one of himself who kept after the kid, he might be a thief getting justice, he needed all the facts he could get as his seventh self drew and fired a bouncy bullet at the board itself of the jet-setter.
Name:
Juro Jacobson
Age:
35
Gender:
Male

Power: 1/4 Personal duplication with telepathy only to is other selves.
Juro creates an identical physical living duplicate of himself, possibly via extradimensional mass acquisition similar to the process used by Ant-Man or the Hulk. Although he can create multiple duplicates, and the duplicates themselves can also replicate, each is only able to create one duplicate at a time; he has been seen to produce around ten duplicates before no more would be created and then those ten can each make one more for 21 total. The duplicates think, feel, and act independently, though usually guided by the original. Each tends to manifest one aspect of Juro's personality, which increases in strength with lengthier separation from the original; these traits have recently become more extreme. Juro is telepathically and empathically linked to his duplicates, suffering severe trauma if one dies. Juro can "reabsorb" his duplicates, gaining their new knowledge and skills. Similarly, he will acquire any physical injury - though not any actual toxin - from a duplicate; symptoms are typically lessened by half during absorption. This means any time one of his selves would receive a life threatening wound, it is a risk to absorb himself if he could survive the trauma or not or weigh it versus the mental trauma of one of his selves dying while linked. If Juro himself were killed, it is not known whether any existing duplicates would continue to function independently; it is virtually impossible to distinguish the original from the duplicates.

Physical Appearance and Build:

6'2" Eyes of blue, 250 frame and 2500 calories a day. He is capable of lifting 500 over his head in a burst and capable of caring his own bodyweight for 5 miles before resting. Ever since he discovered one of the drawbacks of his powers, he has gained a multitude of scars rapidly as he is gaining lifetimes of scars as he spreads himself across multiple bodies.

Usual Outfit:
His civilian attire tends to consist of a wool lined denim jacket with 'matching' blue jeans, then a regular cotton t-shirt and a ballcap.
Under his left armpit he carries his handgun as is civilian proper without attracting too much attention.

Weapons and Equipment:

A versatile gun capable of the 45 long colt, the 454 casull and the 410 shotgun without any adjustments. A reliable sidearm with no chance to leave behind any shell casings. He had the barrel replaced for a custom one molded with Picatinny fittings.

Eight inches of steel with a brutal hook.
@Weird TalesClarification: The suit shrinks with him when he uses his power to shrink. Not that the suit shrinks him.
