@ViolentViolet

@karamonnom and I have worked out that our characters have been matched for a year so far and are in the process of moving into the Eclipse dorm.
Welp, time to sit back, relax with a cup of coffee and wait for the GM.

Presented with no comment.
@TimasheTiger Might have been a different one.

Name:
Kitagawa Sayuri

Age:
16

Grade:
2nd year

Disability:
Spinocerebellar Ataxia

Personality:
Sayuri is a kind girl who is always quick with a smile, however her good-cheer, while mostly genuine, can sometimes be a shield between herself and unpleasant situations. She tends to force optimism rather than confront reality.

Background:
Sayuri was born into a family of musical prodigies. Her father was a talented violinist while her mother was known nationwide as a master concert pianist. Naturally she and her siblings shared their parent's passion for music and even shared their talent. Sayuri was drawn to the piano and, under her mother's proud tutelage, blossomed. At the age of seven she had already won awards for her playing and it was said that she had the potential to surpass even her mother. As Sayuri entered her early teens, however, things began to go wrong. She began to suffer slight losses in motor control, namely in her legs. These quickly spread to her arms and hands as well and affected her ability to play the piano. She was taken to several doctors and was finally diagnosed with Spinocerebellar Ataxia, a degenerative disease that would destroy her ability to move her muscles, further disrupt her motor-control and finally damage her organs. Eventually she would die as her organs shut down, and her dream of playing the piano was all but dead already. Whenever she tried, her weakening fingers would stumble over the keys that she could once make sing. She decided that she would never again touch another piano. As her condition worsened she was eventually bound to a wheelchair, this coincided with her graduation from middle school, and so her family had her enrolled in Yamaku, where she has been since.

Other Info:
Sayuri was once a musical prodigy who received the best education money could buy resulting in a highly intelligent girl with a great musical aptitude. She is also an excellent singer.

Why in the hell was I not informed of this? When the last KS rp died, I also died a little inside. Now it's back and NO ONE TOLD ME!!!!!

What about a Fallout RP set in the ruins of London? Some possible factions:

The Monarchy: Led by the Monarch, a warlord squatting in the ruins of Buckingham Palace, claiming to be descended from the old royal family.
The Whitehall Republic: The remnant of the former English government and military in Westminster, directly opposed to The Monarchy.
Cathedral City: A loose community of outlaws, raiders, chem pushers and whores operating out of the ruins of St Paul's Cathedral.
The Ruskies: Descendants of the Communist Soviet forces stranded on English soil after the Great War, operating out of a derelict Soviet aircraft carrier beached at the mouth of the Thames.

Another possible hazard in the London Wasteland would be the London Underground. Full of all manner of ghouls and mutant beasties. Not to mention a ruthless slaver ring operating out of King's Cross Station.

Huh. That ended up a lot more fleshed out than the basic idea I started with.
Can't wait to get started.
So where would this settlement be? California? The Capitol Wasteland? New Vegas? The Commonwealth?
