Finally a sheet that isn't trying to hide its power behind a veil of misleading wordage, thank you so much Kal. Though you should probably relabel him as an Intermediate Tier (When out of Armor) and High Tier (When in Armor).

About your ship, it's fine, they're not supposed to be used in combat anyhow.

I'm gonna say this one more time, and I will immediately toss a red card at the next sheet that ignores it.

Ships are generally considered a backdrop to the setting of the Multiverse. Normally they will not be encountered in combat. If they are, they will always be at the disadvantage.

Abilities

• So. 60mph speed. 5 tons lifting weight. I'm assuming you mean residential stories, so 30 feet vertical jump height? Gradual and slow paced regeneration? As an intermediate tier, that's all acceptable. Rather low end, but considering the rest of it this is reasonable. I'll touch on the suit when I get to it. One thing to note: Dodging a shot from a railgun with only Faster than Sound movement? Impossible. Railguns fire at a fraction of the speed of light, well over the speed of sound.


• Supercomputer brain? Yeah, that's fine. A bit specific with the photographic memory and auto-recall, but otherwise it's fine.


• Before I read sniper rifle, I was going to deny this. But with a sniper rifle that's totally fine, marksmanship may prove to be a useless skill however. As every character is capable of dodging bullets.


• Remember that hand to hand combat skill is dictated by the writing skill of the owner of the character. As I stated before, saying you're a master martial artist and writing "Karate chop." does not a Mister Miyagi make.


• Same goes for swordsmanship as with hand to hand.


• Slowed aging is generally the norm among Arena Combatants. This didn't even need to be listed if you didn't want to.

Equipment

• This the source of his powers? Yeah, these are fine. Well within the realms of acceptable deviation in the Intermediate Tier. Again though, oddly specific with the cellphone thing and the electromagnetic field disuption.


• Put down how much of each ammunition type this has, and then I'll read over it to see whether its acceptable.


• I see what you did there, your reference to Charlemagne legend is not lost on me. The sword is acceptable. Just remember. Everyone's sword can cut through everyone else's, and nobody's sword can be broken.

Armor

• The helmet has a hud and environmental systems, pretty standard stuff here. All acceptable stuff.


• Able to withstand heavy arms fire, heat, and its sealed and the like. Preventing damage from all directions while supplying the wearer with enhancements. This is acceptable, the aloy would be a lil' bit heavy though.


• The Bodysuit is plenty acceptable.


• The Gel layer prevents from how many Gs? And how many degrees does it protect against in both extremes of hot and cold?


• Previously you stated the lift weight and running speed of 15 tons and 150mph respectively. This is acceptable, however this (combined with the other abilities) is what flips him to a high tier when in the armor.


• In atmosphere flight speed is Mach 4? The friction on a non-aerodynamic object would put the heat way up there real quick. So if he comes out of a full speed flight, his heat tolerance would be lowered temporarily. Alright? And the increased in flight load is acceptable.


• The strips are acceptable.


• Give me a number on how many pounds of TNT this shield can resist and then I'll look over it. Keep in mind, in the suit he is classified as a high tier character. So you can make it pretty high.


• The seal is fine.


• The circuits are acceptable as well.


• Let's reduce the damage from that mountain hole blowing thing. How about we just go with the 2 inches of steel, but instead of regular steel, Boron Steel. Because an entire mountain with a hole in it would require a great deal of power that can't be easily generated in a backpack sized engine. Also, reducing it allows the 360 degree fire to be acceptable. But you would need one turn of prep before doing that.


• I need how many pounds of TNT this is capable of matching.


• I gotta say no on the Nerve Missile, simply because it's unavoidable.


• To trap a person the Cryo-Missile would have to hit them. And that's really the only stipulation I have to put on it.


• Unfortunately, despite really liking the Concussion Missiles, I'll have to say no on this. As it's pretty unavoidable.


• They have to be facing the Flashbang for it to blind them, and then it only lasts one or two turns.


• As there are two mechs entered in the roleplay, and one robot, I can't accept the EMP. Because that would technically kill them instantly on contact.


• Like the cryo missiles, this has to hit the enemy to burn them. No blast radius.


• The shock missile should work like a taser, and it sticks to them connected by a wire. This allows for repeated shocks, rather than just one shock. Also, the blast radius thing is really not acceptable for most attacks besides explosives. Too many possible disputes about it, et cetera.


• Absolutely not. No black hole bombs.


• Give me a number on those bullets and I'll look over it.

Uber Tylenol

• Starting at the very top of his list is your usage of the word: "Full Power." That immediately puts up a red flag, as Skallagrim stated when Samuel was first posted as an active character. This implies that they're holding something back, making every single fight beyond point of entry, technically unfair.


• So he can manipulate the ambient temperature of the air around him in a two mile area? Let's do the calculations on that. To freeze ambient water, you have to be beneath freezing point by a substantial amount. Hail is formed from ambient air temp at -13 degrees. Frostbite starts at 0 degrees celsius. Very few characters have resistance to this. And you can influence an area of 2 km to be this cold? That would have to be your SOLE ability to be acceptable. Combined with the note of: "It will not break unless he wills it to." We all know that his willpower is remarkable, meaning that this ice won't break. Full stop.


• Telepathy, as long as it is not a manipulative ability, is an acceptable power. As long as you can't read minds, influence decisions, et cetera.


• Orsanian Telekinesis is able to reach at least 2 kilometers from his standing position. I picked up on that immediately. If his thermokinesis is capable of attaining that range, his telekinesis would reach at least that far as well. Moving on. You actually STATE that he has a range of approximately 10 miles. This power level is so high that I don't even need to finish reading this power to tell you no.


• Teleporting projectiles away from yourself? Really? I can't accept this.


• Combat ability is based on the writer's ability, saying your character has profound martial arts and then writing out: "Karate chop." Does not Mister Miyagi make. Oh, and you neglected to mention his physical strength, speed, et cetera.


• The sword is fine, but really, that's the only thing fine on this CS.

Please tell me you didn't expect this to get in. Please.

Samuel is in, he's a background character and really doesn't need review.

HOWEVER!!!

Grey needed a VERY thorough review.

This is Everything up to Bide

• You're going to have to explain EVERYTHING that this 'makeshift physiology' thing does. Preferably in list format.


• This is combat based roleplay, being able to turn invisible is OP. Period. Rejecting it on grounds of possibly unavoidable attacks. Stating that it can be heard does not make it avoidable unless your perception of the area around you is within a small group of characters.


• Disease immunity is totally fine, everyone has it.


• Disease quarantine, however, is unacceptable. On contact transfer of diseases and the like that you can store up inside of you. This could be a power that you store up from a dozen fights previous, and it would be instantaneous and overpowered. I cannot in good faith accept that.


• With your physical durability you need to list your strength (In lifting weight.) and speed. (In MPH.) I do not see it listed anywhere on this.

This is Everything under Bide

• Before getting into this, I have to say, every single thing here would have to be limited severely before being accepted.


• Bide: Starting at the top. This ability allow you to duplicate, reciprocate, and dissipate any kind of damage.You did not mention any time limit on the energy he stores. As well as the little note of: Every movement you make has an equal amount of resistance. Passively building up force as you travel, so you could simply state; "Without fighting for a year, he has built up great amounts of energy by simply moving."


• Momentum Transfer: This is an infinite buildup of energy, meaning that he can simply pump his arms a few dozen times and make one punch equal a few dozen punches worth of force.


• Replication: This clearly states that anything that he absorbs is permanent. As noted by the words: "Takes practice." That implies an extended time that he is allowed to keep the powers he absorbs.


• Rejuvinate: While this isn't against the rules, it just doesn't make sense. So far, this is the only acceptable thing on this list.


• Anti-Friction: The current land speed record is 760.343 mph. This is with a jet powered car, and technically classed as the fastest car in the world. Along with the long list of things wrong with this sheet, he can also slide at faster than the speed of sound with ease.


• Momentum Redirection: And here is where you become invulnerable. Able to infinitely gather up force with a previously listed ability, combined with this ability to redirect and completely avoid injury. These two combined with enough time equals a punch that could carry more force than the Tsar Bomb.


• Multiplicity: No. Full stop.

Equipment

• The Ambidex: This multiplies the already potential for infinite energy storage. No.


• Ivalenzer: A quarter kilometer long blade, with a poison that is uncurable by anyone who doesn't have a needle. No.

I'll review the other two over tonight.

"Neither are you." Was the short response he barked back at Fury, watching him form the twin blades and slowly march towards him. Two blasts of energy at once, that would be devastating. The first was enough to cause a burning sensation throughout his body, what would two striking at the same time do? Kanitah shuddered to imagine. When the blades fired he was more than ready, shifting his footing only slightly to alter his trajectory.

Fury had thought only about one thing, which way he was going to go? Was he going to charge headlong into it? Jump over the edge? Try to leap to the side?

Nope.

Kanitah's lunge was aimed just over Fury's big bald head. Up and over the blades he went and in an arc over the Fireen's body. The twin blades struck eachother underneath him just as he leaped forwards. Ignoring the thought of 'that could have been me,' he flew towards Fury, bringing his arm backwards and turning his shoulder towards him. With a quick twist of his body he was sent spiraling through the air at him, like a drill with fists as the pointy bit. This was just about as show-offy as you can get, and to be honest it's less effective than it looks. It only carried the force of his jump and his weight, there was no swing involved in it, it was just him flying towards Fury with his fists extended.

It would get the message across that Kanitah isn't like anyone that Fury has fought in the past before. Kanitah isn't going to lose.

There was always room for talk on the battlefield, if one maintains dead silence in the heat of battle they can lose themselves to the silence. Knowing little more than combat by the end of their lives, and Kanitah knew full well what it was like to lose himself to war. Quickly after returning to his feet he was assaulted again, it seems that Fury didn't like banter. Good news is, Kanitah doesn't need to banter. The fist struck his ribs with deadly force, and it would have shredded him if he were just some normal man.

Unfortunately for Fury's cause, he's not.

The second strike sent him sliding, a small hairline fracture in his lowermost rib wound its way upwards in an antagonizing piercing pain. The ground shredded as his feet ground across the webbed footing below, that cliff seemed uncomfortably close right about now. Throwing the weight of his arm forward he slowed himself down with the excessive force from his punch, grinding to a halt just before going over. A single rock, in stereotypical fashion, dropped off the edge and down into the pit below.

The pain in his side slowly subsided and he brought his hands back to his guard. Putting his feet into position for a lunge if need be, he began to think to himself. He had seen Fury fly, but right now he wasn't. Something was stopping him from taking the higher ground, whether it was pride or some external source. This would be useful information, especially considering that Kanitah cannot actually fly. So, whatever attack comes next was going to be followed by a quick drop into the pits below. Because Kanitah was not going into that pit alone, especially with Fury still being loose up here.
