"If you kill a man, you scorn his wife. If you kill his wife, you scorn her child. If you kill her child, you scorn his village. If you kill his village, you scorn the kingdom. If you kill the kingdom you scorn an empire. If you kill an empire, then who is left?"

I think he meant like, shifting gears in a car, to go faster.
The enormous and cumbersome man dumped the material on the floor. Yes, perfect. That is the most useful spot for the materials needed to primarily repair the outside of the ship. Inside of his head he was chanting the most offensive swears he can think of towards large white humans. These are not at all for polite conversation, and no, I will not tell you what they are. However, he does not have time to actually voice his concerns towards the pile of shit. As Maxwell decided to test out his new bubble blowers, and then had the brilliant idea to pop them. As his glasses blew off of his face he put his hand to the left of his head, catching them without a second thought. Blood trickled out of his right ear, the sound had blown out his right eardrum.

Although it was well within reason for him to yell, it was comical to see Maxwell screaming for no reason. The sound had stopped and it was obvious that he had damaged his own ears. "You're a genius, Maxwell. Let me get you a Nobel Prize for that one." The only thing he could hear in his right ear was ringing, perhaps it was deep ear damage, might be a bit harder to fix. In his left ear he could hear just fine. "Anyway, don't swing those inside the ship anymore!" LeeRoy shouted, knowing that Maxwell wouldn't hear him otherwise. Looking up at Maxwell with his starch white eyes for a moment, admittedly grinning at the stupidity. For a moment he forgot that he wasn't wearing his glasses, and quickly realized when he didn't see the slight glare from his glasses. "Oops." Donning his glasses again he walked over to the medical bay and waved Maxwell back over. "You'll be no help if you can't hear me, let me check how badly you've actually damaged your ears!"

Tapping a few buttons of the wall, the main console shut down and all emergency lights went out as well. The overhead light in the medical bay came on and illuminated the room properly, the table's tendrils slid back in as they were no longer online.
Did Kanitah expect Fury to not react? Because that's the thought running through his head as he charged headlong into a blast of sharpened stones. They started striking in damn near immediate succession, tearing into his body and jamming between the cables. Barely a quarter of a second into the charge he decided that this wasn't the way to go about it. If he kept running forward into this volley of stones he was going to kill himself. With one simple movement of his right foot in front of his left he let himself drop to the ground. Both hands slammed into the rock that Fury and Kanitah were on, his speed and force amplified six times with five rings. The hero was sent flying upwards at an angle above Fury, half of his speed was gone and the sound caught up to him with a boom.

Now, the ground itself was ruptured by the force of his hands slamming into them. Whether or not this would collapse downwards is yet to be seen. However, with the amount of speed he had and the number of rings multiplying his own weight and the force from his strike, it should explode like glass. If that happens, Fury will either fall into the hole or be forced to fly.

Meanwhile, Kanitah himself is airborn, the slap to the ground had sent him flying as well. Without being connected to the ground he was pretty much helplessly flopping about in the air for a bit. Until he struck a large strand of webbing and spun around it a few times, losing the energy from his sprint by converting it into horizontal movement. Kanitah draped across the web for a bit, staring down into another hole. "I don't like this planet."
Hey Green, about the rings being his defense thing.

Should I edit that in now, or should I put it in after the fight with Fury?
You're a five year old.

I'm certain of it.
You know what, Vordak? That's a damn good idea.

If you want to keep bitching about this Boerd, go right ahead. But if you want to prove your point and not be seen as a shit who keeps pissing in the wind. Make your tank. Send it to Necropoli. And then fight Erde.

If not, then shut it. Seriously. Nobody cares at this point.

This shit was not at all a problem until you joined.

It wasn't questioned.

Nobody sat back and assed out a mach 10 jet and then asked: "WHAT ABOUT ERDE!?"

Because it's not a problem if you fucking think.

Also, don't forget that Erde has access to only raw material, very crude and of low quality. I'm pretty sure that one hail of rockets from Edmund would flatten any wall build by Erde in seconds.

Also, this is a good point. About the only materials in the ground sturdy enough to withstand any sort of punch or bomb from these characters is corundum and diamond. Access to diamond would require Erde traveling down about 100 miles to get his hands on the raw newly formed and large enough to utilize diamonds. There aren't enough diamonds on the surface of the earth to utilize in the way Erde does. Corundum is also not a super prolific material.

While Erde has range, I made sure to make it so he's fair to fight. Yes, he can make a thousand pillars of stone and dirt. But no. That's not going to slow down any high tier. Any attack that could stop a high tier is also certain to be avoided by that high tier.

Example:
Ripping a vein of iron out of the ground to trip Green's Mech. This would trip the mech and allow Erde access to destroy his foe while he is on the ground. Using the numerous stone tendrils to pull it into the earth before it can get back up to resist. Then using the pressure of the dirt to crush him.

BUT.

If Green's mech saw it coming, it would just accelerate fast enough to rip right through the vein. Rather than letting it trip him.
Yeah, Green, that primary defense mechanic was kind of an idea that was shuffling through my head. They're rings of energy, so I was thinking they'd be useful as shields against energy based attacks as well. Albeit rather small ones, but for a guy who's purely physical anything's useful.
Per turn, yeah.
I'm going by the ones that are actually active.

Skallagrim:
Turn 1- Seidhr Sense to find Erde's weakness.
Turn 2- Draws his sword and stabs Erde's core with little resistance from the titan.

Dou'far Klaast:
Turn 1- Withdraws his vibroblade and charges Erde.
Turn 2- Swings his blade repeatedly, cleaving through the earth that protects his core.
Turn 3- The core is exposed by the repeated slashes, it would take Erde one turn to close back up. Klaast cuts his core in half.

Unbridled Fury:
Turn 1- Charges his energy blast up and aims towards the source of his energy.
Turn 2- Unleashes the energy and destroys Erde's core.

Maxwell:
Turn 1- Pulls out his shield and rushes towards Erde.
Turn 2- The shield collides with so much force that the earth is blown away from his core.
Turn 3- Maxwell grabs the stone and crushes it.

Edmund:
Turn 1- Swings his arm across the ground, tearing the earth up and knocking erde into the air.
Turn 2- Fires a weak laser at the now airborn titan.

Beowulf:
Turn 1- Charges its laser.
Turn 2- Charges its laser.
Turn 3- Fires its laser.

Kanitah:
Turn 1- Moves four rings to his right hand.
Turn 2- Moves four more rings to his right hand.
Turn 3- Moves four more rings to his right hand and punches Erde in the chest with enough force to blow apart the Pyramids of Giza.

Arkaeis:
Turn 1- Charges his void magic.
Turn 2- Fires his void magic at Erde's chest.
