"If you kill a man, you scorn his wife. If you kill his wife, you scorn her child. If you kill her child, you scorn his village. If you kill his village, you scorn the kingdom. If you kill the kingdom you scorn an empire. If you kill an empire, then who is left?"

Okay, I'm back and less angry.
Like, cut your strength to half and speed down to like, mach 3. Boom, that'd be reasonable.
Note to self, forget that I have a birthday.

It is only 9 in the morning and I have:
Discovered roaches IN MY GOD DAMNED COFFEE POT
Had to boil my coffee pot to make it useable
Wound up spilling water on my keyboard
WOUND UP RUINING MY KEYBOARD
Had to find a USB keyboard that is too fucking tiny for my hands.

I am inconceivably angry.
The fist headbutt is strictly rule of cool, by the way.
Damn! The punch hadn't had the effect he was expecting, Kanitah's wrist was caught by Fury's hand and there was a small moment where he noticed his view shifting downwards. Fury had pushed down when he grabbed his wrist, sneaky lil' pecker wasn't he? But Kanitah loved doing this. The Fireen was following up with a punch and there was no way he could block it. His footing was also askew so he wouldn't be able to lift his foe upwards to throw his balance in return. What was there to do, besides match his force? With a circular swing of his head and a very violent thrust with his forehead he slammed face first into Fury's hand. Three rings on his head, combined with the new metallic coating that he was sporting underneath his skin. That aught to be enough to make Fury think twice about punching him in the face.

Again, however, the more strikes he received the more damage his epidermis was taking. Kanitah could tank and tank damage all day, but if he wound up killing himself by losing all of his damned skin what was it good for? Where Fury's hand collided with his forehead his skin was shredded between the amplified force of his own and the raw energy that the Fireen was exuding. Something was off, however, with his hand. A feeling that he wasn't enjoying too much, but something that was immediate. What is that feeling? He thought to himself.
Ah true.

Might take a wee bit longer, gonna get some breakfast.
Would you like me to edit out Kanitah being struck in the head?
Why's it difficult to move? Him talking doesn't stop Kanitah from actually moving around. Anyway, I'll reword it so it says when he touched the ground.

Edit: Done.
Hot damn on a biscuit, it actually worked? Wow. Before Fury had even settled to the ground fully Kanitah was in full sprint, a cone forming around him just as Fury's heels glowed with that energy he's been using since the beginning of the fight. Sidestepping to the right he brought his arm up, watching Fury raise his hand into a downwards strike. The hero closed the gap before Fury made it to the halfway point. With his left hand he tightened his fist and thrust forward, intending to intercept Fury before he could even bring his hand downwards. If the punch were to collide it was carrying enough force to send a man of Kanitah's weight flying. It was a gut punch, directed just below the diaphragm to disrupt breathing and debilitate foes. Draining them of energy by knocking the wind out of them.

Now he hadn't actually blocked Fury's strike to his head. The blow was disturbingly painful, sending a wave of energy down from his dome to his neck. A normal man's collarbone and likely spine would have snapped from the force, but Kanitah's inhumanly strong body was enhanced even further by the Darligrov Engine. The biggest issue with the engine was the strictly internal defense it gave him. Every strike on his body was tearing away more and more of his skin, as it was weakened from the engine's cables pressing against it. The flesh that covers his shoulders had begun to split from the strike to his dome. Kanitah needed to stop worrying himself with the aftermath of the fight and hope that the stomach punch would work.
That tell tale discoloration of the surrounding webbing, they flew towards him at breakneck speed. "Oh, sorry but I'm not into bondage!" This terrain, although it was terrible for his horizontal movement, was perfect for his vertical ability. There were hundreds of footholds and dangling strands that would allow him complete range of movement around this planet. Though there were numerous tendrils of web and dirt around him there wasn't much of a threat if they couldn't keep a good grip on him. Now was there? Kanitah's foot pushed off the spire and he let himself plummet into the pit again. Over place where the rock that he had previously destroyed was he fell into the hole, landing feet first on a wedge shaped fragment that had caught in another hexagonal webbed area. He slid down the stone and hopped down further into the pit.

Catching onto another strand and swinging into another wide and flat space of ancient webbing beneath the surface he looked up, panting slightly as he cleared his face. This entire fight he hadn't been brushing the web off of himself the strands had become tangled in his beard and eyebrows. It wasn't until Fury had gotten caught that he became aware of this fact. Perhaps the webs could be used by both parties. Fury had demonstrated a wide variety of abilities, starting with physical prowess he was almost as capable as Kanitah even with Darligrov. Combined with the ability to send waves of energy in numerous shapes and what appears to be telekinesis and flight. The old man frowned and clenched his fists tightly. He was getting to old for this kind of heavy thinking, the last time he had to actually sit back and analyze a fight was during the war. And that was decades prior.

It was the engine that put him at the advantage, but the terrain itself was useful. If only he could draw Fury into the underground, out of the open air and into a place where he could get area control. "There's no way it's gonna work, but." He thought aloud. In the most childish fashion this side of the multiverse. "Hey! Fury! You're not very good at keeping up with an old man! At least I have some spacial awareness!"
