Destroy the Godmodder

The Dragonborn furrows his brow and stares at the Godmodder, frustrated by the failed attack. Before he can recover and send another attack towards them, however, he is cleaved in two by a helicopter that manifested behind him. The hunk of screaming metal flies towards the Godmodder on a collision course, spraying the blood of the dragonborn through the air as it goes.

Alright, so the primary idea here is all out war.

Not a couple angry folks pissing in the wind at eachother, no, people will die. A lot probably.

And none of the whole: "Comes back in a couple days."

No, you come back in a body bag.

Imagine a war so vast that the gods had to intervene, and because some gods are petty, they decided to mess around with mortal affairs. Now imagine if one of those gods decided to toss a couple angry folks from other universes into the mix.

What would the other gods do?

They've found out that the war's not gonna end.

They're not gonna just kill them all.

So what do they do?

They give them their own block in space to fight over, it's a complex plane of existence. Similar to a solar system but every planet has its own moon and micro-sun. Every planet is habitable and the only means to move from planet to planet is by spacecraft or teleportation.

Now every planet is similar but not exactly the same, and no two planets are filled exclusively with one species. No way, it's a mottled mish-mash of interdimensional beings with high-technology and mystic powers, some are even knights from the past or aliens with bigass noses.

You can put literally everything in here and it'll make sense.

Now there's three major factions, all of which think they're good. All of which think the others are evil. None of them are really good, and none are evil.

These three factions call themselves houses, the names of said houses will be revealed later.

Every faction has uniform color, but the outfit isn't the same. Once you align yourself with that house your outfit changes colors to match, so you won't have to worry about your trenchcoats or body armor being taken away.

The storyline isn't set in stone, as it will change depending on who wins what battles when.

So, is that engagin' enough fer ye?

Okay, so, I'm kinda tired of so many 'Academy' and 'Slice-Of-Life' RPs lately.

I mean, why Slice of Life? I don't want to RP some mundane lifestyle that is only marginally more interesting than my real one! That's boring!

I want something that'll keep me glued to the keyboard pressing F5 until someone else posts their response! I want an RP that's not only entertaining, but it can have some heartbreaking moments as well, you'll think you're best friends with a person and then WHAM! He's dead from a shot to the head.

You're now sad, angry, and confused. Now you want to get revenge! To bad, you can't do it alone, you've gotta work with someone who you hate to get revenge on that person.

See where I'm going with this?

I don't want realism in the sense of: "Oh I'm gonna be late for my next class! I'd better hurry!"

NO!

I want to see: "If I don't make it in time, all of my friends are gonna die!" And then you don't make it in time, and now you're all that's left standing between the oncoming enemy forces and the rest of the world!

So, if anyone's interested post in this thread and if enough people decide to post here, then I'll write up an OOC thread, and we'll hop right to it!

Suddenly the Dragonborn emerges from a grey haze in the distance, he whips his shoulders backwards and with a great thrust of his head shouts the mighty th'uum towards the god modder. With a mighty chant his lips peel apart and he screams the dragonspeak; "Fus Ro Dah!"

Well, my plan has yet to work. Maybe it's a bit early to mope about it, but I'm still waiting for comments in the main thread.
