You can post a Tier 7, that's totally fine.
At any tier you can face as many bosses as you like, it's all up to your skill and confidence in it.
About the Caveman. I gotta agree with Lalliman there. It's prolly not gonna be as fun to play him, and you've really gotta specify how strong he is.

Sure, he could haul it in himself. Mechs, vehicles, so on and so forth are allowed into this. He could have a truck haul it in for him, though it would be at a disadvantage. Leaving him stationary in one spot. Don't quite understand why you wouldn't just have it small so he could carry it around.
They're strapped to his back near the base of the spear and halberd, they're just sort of sticking directly upward on his back. Like a samurai's flag, but longer.
