100 tiers is far too many, and it's also too stock. Pretty much every RPG uses a 1-100 system, and that just makes everyone want to level up to level 100.
15 is better due to a simpler design covering a wider range.

I had a 15 tier system, allowed much more variance between god-tier and high-tier.
Y'all realize that these changes would require full reconfiguration of 90% of character sheets to compensate for the new gaps in power. Right?

Other times the RP is full of people complaining about how it isn't simple enough to rip apart continents.
I mean really, can we reach a consensus here on whether we're going to be massacring eachother or playing a complex and story driven arena. Because this is really starting to get confusing.

I can imagine many things much more horrible than Jessibelle, simply because there's worse things that Jessibelle calls her neighbors. And then worse things than that, so on and so forth.
Jessibelle can't even hold a candle to the other character.
See, if you tried to turn this into a dirty roleplay I'd put in my genuinely evil character. The kind who commits evil simply because he can and there's nothing anyone can do to stop him.
And then I'd have him disembowel every one of you characters.
