Depleted uranium is paramagnetic, you'd need incredibly powerful magnets to accelerate it to even a few miles per hour. And it would be so incredibly inconvenient to tote around wheelbarrow sized reactors to fuel a weapon.

A forced evolution, introducing basic lifeforms like planarian flatworms into an environment and supplying enough food materials to feed them for at least a few dozen generations while they evolve into divergent pathways based on the situation's extreme nature would be feasible. But natural evolution there is unlikely at best.

Though theoretically, a gas giant planet would have balloon like creatures. Similar to Jellyfish but instead of filling with water and filtering nutrients from microscopic sources, they'd inflate with air and absorb material straight from the air.

Impossible, most of the gaseous materials within are toxic/caustic/particulates. Life would barely reach the microscopic scale.

And I mean, any planet that's almost exactly like earth would result most of the time in saurian/reptilian creatures. Simply because the only thing that knocked Dinosaurs off their throne was a meteor the size of Manhattan.

Pfft, easy. It's a rocky planet that's closer to the stars than we are, the creatures that live there would have adapted thick scaly skin and dense claws. They would also either be incredibly pale or reflective, as to not absorb that much light if they're ever on the surface. Which would be unlikely as they'd live underground to avoid the excess electromagnetic absorption. The cooler underground would provide a safe haven away from the heat.

They'd likely have either 4 arms or an offshoot from their primary arm that would allow them to manipulate the world around them as well as tunnel through the ground with their main arm. They'd probably have exceptional or poor eyesight, depending on what other senses they would have adapted to survive subterranean lifestyles. The exceptional eyesight if they happened to evolve bio-luminescence and the poor if otherwise. If the latter they would obviously have adapted to see the world around them much like bats. Probably to an even more extreme level.

Their posture would be lower to the ground than ours for two reasons, one the gravity is greater, and two they would have grown closer to the ground to be more comfortable digging through it. They would probably survive off of underground lake systems and abundant fungal growths that occur naturally in dark damp and warm places.

Albeit, it has to lie within the habitable zone of solar systems, that's a given though. It can't be gas giants, that would be impossible.
