There's a scene where we meet him. If you were playing Juin, it would've been cool to have them reunite. But Sevari recognizing the bone-handled shortsword on Faruq's hip and inquiring after his old dunmer mentor will have to suffice.

@LeidenschaftI know Khajit's do, but that's the thing. I cannot find anything anywhere on how old an Argonian can become. But whenever I find a forum that has a speculated Argonian lifespan, it's always 150-250 years.
I won't become argumentative lol, it's just what I have found so far.

Always try to err on the side of established lore. No one in the games ever comments on the long lifespans of Argonians. I like to avoid forums these days, they can get pretty batshit fuckstupid.

I have a question. I cannot find an Argonian lifespan anywhere, and I hear that they might be long lived because they consume the Hist sap, so is it alright if I make my Argonian as if he is an Altmer (in terms of age)?

I remember reading that Argonian and Khajiit lifespans are similar to humans if not a bit shorter. If Argonians were as long lived as Altmer, it would be noted in their UESP page very plainly.
