River looked at the two girls as they stepped inside. Lark, a girl from her school, and Vivi.

A horrendous growl was heard, and the doors slammed and you could hear locks clicking into place. Pepper had shifted to The Tail, and locked the doors. Spirits looked up from their places, dark entities growled in the shadows, pixie entities looked from their own perches. A candle flickered to life, a pearly pink glow coming from it.

River looked up at the two girls standing at the entrance. A blonde one and.. Vivi? So her email sent from the old library computer had lured Vivi. Pepper was standing in the darkness of the library, grasping the belongings of the two girls.

Pepper went deeper inside, hoping these would free them all.

Haunted Library RP Character

Recent murdered victim of The Master, whom's body was found hanging from the roof of the library with half of her leg missing, a piece of bone sticking out.

Dirty-blonde-haired demigirl with blood splattering the remaining part of her right leg. They are wearing a non-hooded sweatshirt and jeans and are often found reading books in the library. She is optimistic, stubborn, nosy, flirtatious, and somewhat delusional from their time in the library. She is spattered with blood. They are bisexual and sometimes "check out" the newest victims, and in her words, "looking for interest to take up when they die."

They can be toxic at times and like to mess with victims, making the eyes of old paintings move and books fly off shelves, flipping pages of books that appear to be doing it randomly. She is described as a poltergeist-type spirit who likes to mess with newcomers and survivors.

They were nearly part of an escapee team, however she was the last one to head toward the door. A Dark entity caught and dragged her back in as the door closed, and it stripped them of most of her right leg. She was thrown out the window and had landed on a little hangover side of the roof, left to bleed out and she was too weak to follow.

Suffering echoes in it's isles and isles of books. Spirits tread here with dread, forever to read the books and explore the library until they are freed.

also, only I will be able to mark the passing of days. sometimes in my posts I will have things like: "River looked out the fogged, dirty windows of the library to watch the sun set" which will mean time is advancing but the day isn't over. above this is the current day. I will also say in posts when I have changed the day, and mark the new day.

Pepper watched some humans go by, in her solid form- a fluffy silver tabby cat. A girl they.. recognized. An old escapee? She spotted another- one with cameras and seemed to be... vlogging, perhaps? Heading toward the library.

They took their chance. Leap, grab belongings, the feline thought. So she leaped, swiping a bracelet from the escapee and one of the filming supplies of the one who seemed to be vlogging.

The feline raced toward the entrance to the library, where dried blood was upon the roof, where a local student was recently found dead.

All characters were brought here by Pepper, in hopes they can find a way to release the trapped souls. However, when Pepper entered, she was turned into The Tail again, locking the new victims inside. Her good parts, unable to control The Tail, pray the humans can help let them go. Even as The Tail, she uses, well-her tail- to guide the humans, as well with faint, glowing white pawprints.

how it works

each character will have 3 lives. there will be various, dangerous tasks about the library. complete "quests" for spirits and pixie entities, avoid the dark entities, and you may just make it out alive. complete various puzzles and such. find the written spell that will open the doors, and have any spirit or pixie entity recite it, and the doors will open for a limited time. [kind of reminds me of piggy-type games on Roblox, tbh.]

characters who have died and become spirits can be revived. their wounds will be somewhat healed. there are various ritual instructions hidden about. have pepper set it up and start it while in pixie form, and the character will be brought to life with minor wounds, however with permanent scarring to remember their death [ex. river's leg would be healed, but with a scar at the knee, where the leg was cut off, similar to an amputee's limbs being tied off.]

always include your character's lives in your post. [ex. header: River she/her 3 lives]
if your character has one or two lives, they are more likely to be targeted by dark entities.
