Open to any kind of RP as long as the premise interests me!
Actual paragraph length ranges from 3-4 sentences at most, but I try to match responses in terms of length.

I mainly run/play WoD TTRPGs, I like both old WoD and new WoD, but am less familiar with the latter. I also like sound design & SFX creation, and while I don't have much to show for it, it's still a hobby of mine. I play a lot of Uma Musume and Project Zomboid too.

I wonder if Sky is happy with the garland I made. There were many flowers to pick from, but I heard that daisies love the sun...

They wait for the sun to bloom, always facing the sunlight, just like Sky.

That's not the only thing daisies have in common with Sky.

In the language of flowers, daisies mean "simplicity" and "being yourself."

And just like how daisies flutter in the wind, peaceful and free, Sky always seems so at ease, taking naps and going fishing.

Every time we talk, I feel so relaxed. I don't feel like I have to say anything I don't want to.

(I hope she likes the daisies, because I've started to love them.)

London Bridge is falling down,
Falling down, falling down,

The remaining clowns break into a chorus, even as they’re struck down. Gaggles is missing once again, a cloud of dust kicked up, only parted by a strike of electricity that Lightning Girl was certain hit. As the dust settles, she loses sight of Madcap, too. Just two broken stalls, a crater in the ground, and a ring of clowns.

Gaggles is missing again.

Eclipse is missing, though the number of clowns was thinning–each voice in the chorus disappearing one by one.

Madcap is missing, he disappeared after Gaggle was punched back, lost in the confusion of it all.

It doesn’t last long, though, confusion washes over each spectator as Gaggle emerges from between the battered stalls, foreign hands wrap around his neck, a familiar red glow behind his head. The team would know that helmet well, bug-like and goofy.

Gaggle slumps, the hands around his neck tightening. “Why did the clown stop making jokes?”

“Huh?”

“He lost his head.” He honks his nose twice before closing his eyes.

Madcap freezes, an uncomfortable silence settling over the two. Then laughter, honest to god laughter, the type where you wouldn’t be able to breathe, the type that would last over a minute–honest to god laughter between the both of them.

A snap echoes in the air, a corpse falls to the ground, neck twisted and face contorted.

Even through her haggled breathing, Alaine could easily recognize the violence that clouded Madcap’s eyes. There would be no fair trial, no questioning, no arrest; just a falling piece of land and a group of traumatized children. There would be no answers waiting for them.

London Bridge is falling down,
My fair lady.

A knife is ripped out of a singular clown’s throat, the balloons around the gates deflate, Madcap stands in the middle of it all–left to answer Lightning Girl, Blackstar, and the others–his hands spread by his sides as he looks on at the court.

Someone chokes on their own blood.

HEROES ARE TRYING THEIR BEST TO HOLD UP THE FALLING CARNIVAL.
THERE IS NO OFFICIAL STATEMENT AT THE MOMENT.
WE INTEND TO QUESTION SDN HEROES PRESENT DURING THE INCIDENT ONCE THEY RETURN.

Other flying heroes were holding up the carnival, making sure it landed safely. They arrived too late to intervene any other way, but they could at least ensure everyone got down safely. The TV flicks off, a distraught employee turning away. “My niece was there,” they suck in a breath, “she was there, I dropped her off with her friends,”

James can see it all from his side of the office, but his monitor offers him no answers, just a glitched screen slowly returning to life. He’d have to learn of A-team’s whereabouts after they’ve returned.

END OF EPISODE 3

I Love the Taste of Iron!
🪳

Eclipse finds himself surrounded by an endless number of clowns, caught red-nosed and defenseless. He glances down at his arms—his usual arm blades taken by staff before he was allowed in. The thought of one of the clowns misusing his signature weapons blinds him with anger, a bolt of electricity striking from above like the song of battle. Anticipation burns in his blood—how long has it been since he was allowed to go all out?

His helmet is long tossed aside now, clattering against a nearby garbage bin.

Wind stings his cheek. The stream of red from his nose to his chin is awfully warm compared to the rest of his face.

“All at once or one by one?” He bares his teeth in a twisted grin, blood dripping from his chin. “I’ll win either way.”

A clown's lip twitches.

“He’s unarmed! Get’im, boys!”

Eclipse jolts forward alongside the mass of clowns, slamming his head against another and jamming his fist into another’s chest. He catches a punch flung at his face, and licks blood from his lips, a delightful daze spinning in his skull. “Surprise.”

Click.

A blade springs through the clown’s fist, and another is thrust into a clown’s chest. The clowns howl in pain and drop their weapons. Eclipse swings back as a second wave approaches.

“You’re only gonna win if ya use your powers,” a clown grapples him from behind. “There’s only one ‘o you, and hundreds ‘o us.”

Bats, hammers, punches, kicks, guns…

“I don’t care!”

Eclipse rips a chunk of flesh from their arm, his mouth now coated in sweat, blood, and iron.

Delicious.

A throwing knife slams into a clown’s forehead, a bat beats against his shoulder, a straggler scratches the armor around his legs. He whips around once more and bites into a skinny clown’s neck, the stench of burning sweat filling his nose.

It’s all so delicious!

The clown crashes against a wall, Eclipse smashes his foot into the skull of a loser, and relishes each and every crack. The previous horde backs away in abject terror, their allies brutalized and their weapons cast aside. He slides his knives over his head, a sound like nails against a chalkboard.

It’s hard to distinguish the blood from his nose and the blood of his enemies now.

“I want more!”

A Clown and a Bug Walk into a Carnival...
Only one survives.

Madcap swings off the roller coaster tracks and onto the ground, springing forward. The suspiciously depressed clown boss is his! It’s his, it’s his, it’s his! He’d claim this bounty for himself! No one else would take his heroic glory!

He pushes past a sea of incoming clowns, falling like dominoes, and stones begin to dig into his feet—his sandals long abandoned now.

An oversized Helter Skelter looms in the distance, Madcap launching himself at Gaggles.

… But he missed! He cheated! He cheated!

Gaggles floats above him—the dilapidated balloon now full.

“Hello.” He sighs. “What did the clown do to the bug?”

“What?”

“He smushed him.”

Gaggle's oversized clown shoes leave prints against Madcap's back as he's smashed into the ground, a crater appearing beneath him. Madcap doesn't even yelp, Gaggle's frown deepening as he stands atop him. "That was supposed to be funny, so please LAUGH."

Some time passes, and the carnival only ascends higher and higher. A-Team finds themselves stranded by the rest of the world, but they manage to regroup alongside a crowd of civilians. Their only shelter now is an oversized Helter Skelter. From the looks of it, it was the only truly ‘safe’ spot in the entire carnival. No tunnel entryways were found in the initial scan of it, and the fact that clowns hadn’t already appeared inside was enough to calm the survivors’ nerves.

Asteroid managed to find his way back to Lightning Girl and Blackstar after being abandoned by Madcap, and Hat Trick managed to direct any stragglers within the tower. The heroes now stand outside, fending off a strangely thinning horde of clowns from swarming the building.

No sight of Eclipse or Madcap yet, though.

Blackstar sees it before everyone else, deeper into the swarm, a clown jetting into the sky and smashing back down at light speed.

Debris clouds the air—but the clown she saw was for sure to be Gaggles!

The carnival is going well. The kids are entertained, and parents aren't complaining, even with the appearance of the strange clown posse roaming the perimeter. Lightning Girl, Hat Trick, and Blackstar are all amazing for PR, and characters like Madcap somehow managed to keep their heads down long enough to avoid causing any trouble.

Eclipse still finds himself trapped inside the corn dog stand, an unconscious employee sat up against the wall, corn dogs sinking into the depths of a shadow. A particularly rough headache hits him. Must be the air, he sighs, or maybe it was the two idiots pestering him earlier.

He steps out through the back, his helmet now by his side. If he had a smoke, he'd be using it right about now.

Bored, he wipes his nose, and...

Finds that his hand is covered in blood, a never-ending stream of blood, just pouring out of his nose.

"What the fuck?"

A swarm of clowns surrounds him next. The sun is starting to make him lightheaded and sweaty, and he's not as confident as he was before in his assumption that they'd be easy prey. He wipes his face again, a smear of blood on his gauntlet. The clowns glower at him, each with some kind of weapon in hand.

Is this some kind of sick joke?

Madcap finishes his corndog long before Asteroid does.

”Madcap- I’m gonna take a walk-”

"Okay," he yawns, and re-clasps the bottom part of his helmet. "Don't be too long though, 'cause the kids are gonna start wondering what happened to the Astronomical Asteroid!... And already gone..."

He sighs and leans back into the bench. People-watching in this environment was boring, and Madcap hates being bored! No one wanted to talk to him, either, no kids, no parents, no one.

But that was for the best; he's too strong for them.

People roam the crowds aimlessly, shifting through an ever-growing sea of clowns. Where were they coming from? It was as if they just popped into existence, appearing out of buildings, and vanishing all the same. Madcap wraps his coat around his waist. Suddenly, it's too hot, too sweaty, and the sentiment is reflected in the way the crowd begins to collapse. Kids release their balloons higher into the atmosphere, parents panic and fall to the ground, and food is crushed into the pavement.

There are more balloons attached to the gates. Too many now.

Madcap shoots to his feet and runs toward the gates. It feels harder to breathe now, and he can't pinpoint why until he sees the edge of the carnival.

The city is tiny looking from above, a chunk ripped out of it, only getting smaller and smaller. "The carnival is..." he gapes, peering through the bars and balloons. "The carnival is FLYING?!"

An Announcement From Yours Truly
You may know where the elusive Gaggle is going, @cosmiccowgirl

Regardless of where each hero is, they all face some kind of issue: sudden bloody noses, headaches, difficulty breathing. Sometimes, they feel it all at once. The carnival around them is bursting into flames, with how many people are randomly passing out, and there are more clowns than there are civilians at this point. Was it something in the air? Or was something worse? Asteroid was likely the only one to truly understand what was happening; the oxygen in the air was lessening, and it was taking its toll on the carnival.

A little earlier, before this all happened, there were clowns spotted attaching balloons to just about every attraction in the park, then a loud broadcast over the intercoms. Just a bunch of gibberish that no one could understand until the static finally broke up.

"And actually, I am an EVIL clown named GAGGLE, and you have all been fooled. Now time for my master PLAN where I eject you all into SPACE. Goodbye."

Gaggle is somewhere in the carnival, and stopping him seems to be the only way to get this carnival down safely.

Only one problem: where the hell is he, and how can everyone find him? Blackstar sees it first--in her corner of the carnival, she spots a suspicious-looking clown booking into a nearby bathroom, a deflated balloon carried in his hand. But with an ever-growing mass of murderous clowns flooding the carnival, it's hard to say if she--or anyone for that matter--will be capable of finding Gaggle in time.
Just got something quick out, hopefully it's okay!

Sorry I've been beaten to a pulp over school and irl work, I'll try to get this collab goin soon <3

Take your time, no rush at all! I'm still dealing with a lingering cough myself, plus a bunch of work too, so I understand completely o7

Cass fumbles with her bag and takes a precursory glance at the funeral plot. She recognizes just about everyone, Austin's girlfriend, best friend, and that one guy she shared a lot of classes with--Jaxon, right? Or was it somebody else? Her eyes flick away for a moment. Jaxon was name she hadn't thought of since she moved away, but she remembers liking the guy well enough. Cute--that was the extent of her old thoughts, nothing more.

A tinge of awkwardness hits her body the moment she looks at Summer. "Oh god," she mutters to herself. She was far enough from Summer that she wouldn't hear it. "I'm so sorry." Yeah, she hated Austin, but Summer was his girlfriend. She just lost a loved one. That was probably devastating.

Chris kept his sunglasses on, despite being in doors. He had noticed his eyes were red and puffy when he had checked the mirror in his car. He stood against one wall, with his arms crossed. He had exchanged pleasantries with Austin's loved ones on the way in. It had been a while since they had spoken much. It was pretty obvious that Chris was trying to appear less rattled than he was. To distract himself he set his eyes on the door, watching the attendees trickle in. One of their teachers from high school. The town librarian. Expected faces. Then came a small woman with a dark ponytail; it took a Chris a moment to recognise her. But once he did he didn't hesitate to approach her. He strode up, he walked like a man in his element. Completely sure of himself. The sunglasses hid any cracks in his persona.

"Cass Warden? Is that you? It's been so long."

She loses herself in a few deep breathes until she notices Chris approaching her.

Chris.

That was a face she hadn't seen in a long time. He still looked as confident as ever. "Chris? Hey, yeah," she clears her throat. "We used to have Home Ec. together, right? I remember you. I moved away to the city after graduation, I didn't mean to leave you so suddenly. I mean, me and my family were in a real hurry, a lot of things happened, I really meant to keep in contact, I just--"

That's way too awkward.

"It's... great seeing you again, I'm sorry for not keeping in touch after moving."

Still too awkward. A glint of frustration appears in her eyes as she stumbles her way through conversation. "God, I'm so bad at this stuff. How have you been, though? Did you keep in touch with Austin? What's happened in Elysian since I left?"

Frustrations with herself aside, she was, at the very least, glad to see Chris was doing okay still.
