I'm now giving myself impromptu therapy. It's working slowly, but it's hard and causes a lot of emotional pain. Meditative accompaniment activities include Zentangles and drawing realistic people. V.V

Sorry. I didn't intend it to sound that way. I'm just a bit frustrated at the lack of my own ideas, and my own personal problems, and I know I shouldn't vent it here, or onto you.
