Despite Apocalypse's devastating punch and that it indeed thrown Ghidorah-San back a good deal, to the beast's surprise it would appear as if it did nothing more but bruise her a bit. She was able to block the attack with her arms just fast enough to save her trouble. And with her power level being increased, she happens to be much more resistant to a good deal of physical trauma. Of course, that would be put to the test as the beast came back with even more punches, threatening to indeed ruin her day. Yet suddenly, in the blink of an eye, he would feel a sudden stab that would feel agonizingly painful, as if he was sliced in two. Despite being fast towards the mortal/naked eye, it was Satsuki who was able to track his movement and launch a quick counterattack to save her squad leader, her katana already being baptized in blood. She was prepared to do battle with this menace, for as long as her fibers aren't cut in a scissor-like fashion, which her opponent doesn't happen to have any source of that ability, she cannot die.
This counter will be enough time for Ghidorah-San to now do her own source of damage. With her power intensified, she then focuses on Apocalypse's pressure points. If anything would at least disable or harm them, it would be the universal organic weakness. The first area she does is a very quick and hard knee to the groin. Then she rapidly punches his ribcage, about fifty times in a blink of the eye. Then she quickly makes a hard strike with her palm towards' Apocaylpse's sternum and to finish the combo off, she makes one mighty headbutt to daze her opponent and drive him back towards several skyscrapers. Even if he does not surrender, this would give the other Conquerers' time to figure out a strategy. Starkiller quickly directs his men towards a safer area, along with the small walkers. Regarding the massive AT-ATs, the sith would lift them up and quickly drag them across with them. Once he finishes, he'll come back to the battlefield and reveal the full power of the dark side! Bowser punches his knuckles as he eats several Power Beans that would ultimately boost up his strength and defense by a good margin, ready to strike at any given moment.

Considering her greatest feats of speed in any form are well below the speed of sound, she'll have trouble hitting him. Gargantuan strength might mean her blows would actually harm him, but there's no way she can keep up with Apocalypse's level of speed atm.
She also has wings. Sure Apocalypse could probably leap at very high distances, but he can't fly. Not to mention this also gives Ghidorah-San perhaps equal if not slight advantage in manuverbility.
