Steven Universe: Second Gem War

Yeah, I guess a character based on fighting wouldn't really fit, since this is more of a romance and shipping rp from the looks of things. Sorry to trouble you.

This is defiantly a fighting RP, it is based around fighting a WAR! You caused no trouble, I just don't want to incorporate a whole another can of beans in something that is centered around Gems.

@Pietra, name your price. And since Amber's weapon changed to cleats, if it's not too late to make changes, if you could make her a bit 'sporty' that would be great. If it's too much of a setback, then don't worry about adding it.

Also, Buck Dewey is Mayor Dewey's son, right? Did your Pearl become friends with both of them?

Amber is curious, bubbly and optimistic. She is a bit shy at times, and has difficulty making decisions due to inexperience and lack of confidence. Although she has a hard time articulating it, she has a strong desire for order and safety in her life. As a result, she tends to like Pearl.

Bio
Amber was created towards the end of the Crystal Wars in a kindergarten on Earth. While the Crystal Gems attacked the kindergarten where Amber was created to shut it down, the caretaker ramped up production in an effort to save herself. The caretaker took the newly made gems including Amber, who were too young and inexperienced to fight as an efficient army, and broke or flawed their gems, turning them into gem monsters, hoping to escape in the ensuing chaos. The plan backfired; Amber, in her monstrous rage slew the caretaker. Rose's army was forced to put down all the gem monsters, Amber being among them.

Amber stayed imprisoned in the Crystal Temple until adult Steven healed her. She has little to no recollection of her time as a monster, and has a very innocent and naive outlook in life, having been 'alive' for a long time but aware for almost none of that time.

Gem Unique Ability
Electrostasis - Amber has the ability to build up and store an electric charge, and manipulate electrostatic repulsion. This usually means that she tends to run or run in place during battle to build up charge that she can release in a weak, short range lightning spark, or with her devestating finisher, Lightning Kick, and leap into the air followed by a charged, downward strike to the head. She can also statically cling to surfaces.

Personality:
Citrine is very shy, but also very eager to help in dangerous situations. She tries her hardest to keep all parties happy at all times, in an attempt to keep the peace. Citrine is, above all, a pacifist and a caretaker. This was... Problematic, during the first war, and Citrine was decommissioned early by a strong blow to her gem. Now that she is back, she intends to be far safer, acting more cautious than ever.

Bio:
Citrine was made in a kindergarten somewhere in the far reaches of space. She was meant as a healer and support gem, first and foremost, and combat gem second. At the beginning of the first gem war, Citrine was used to heal homeworld gems and keep them in fighting condition, but when things began to get serious, she was sent to the frontlines. Once there, Citrine saw... Horrors. Horrors she had never imagined, and it affected her deeply: Almost immediately, she defected to the Crystal Gems.

Once she had defected, Citrine kept healing, but she began receiving combat orders as well: Difficult missions, perilous fighting, it began routine for her. She became reckless at times, eager to show her new comrades her skills. Unfortunately, this ended in an early decommission: a crack in her gem put her out of the fight for good, and being bubbled away was the only thing that kept her in a still living state. Only recently, when released and healed by Steven, did Citrine begin to exercise caution in the field.

You guys want a team name, since this is a military kind of thing, teams would have names. Oh and pearl will most likely lead the team. This is the team that Steven specifically chooses for high risk mission. At least that is my plan.

Well... his entire backstory is about how much he hates the Gems. He's specifically trained to fight Gems. He came halfway across the galaxy to fight Gems. He's killed several Gems.

But I can see how it would be hard to fit a character dedicated to fighting Gems into an RP about Gems fighting.

Ya I saw that, but as You said, it will be difficult to execute. Would you consider creating a Gem, or a Gem who does not want to join either side.

Was not expecting a non-Gem like that. I'm not to sure how he will be incorporated in the RP. If you have any idea, I'll consider it. But if not, I can't accept your character. This is a Gem RP.

Everything slowed down in Lee's head as he flew through the air. He watched in awe as a dragon flew over him and right to the blue guy to help him out. It was pretty amazing to see such a sight, a dragon was here in Cleveland. He was not the only transforming human here in the city. Maybe he could make friends with a person who under stood what it was like to become something, that was not human. Despite that fact that every Meta human was basically not human, he was meta human, that was never really a human to begin with.

Lee shook head and focused on the task at hand. His target was the animal lady, if he could at least knock her unconscious, the animal would be free. But that posed as a problem also, if the animals were freed from her grip, they would run wild. Another approach would have to be taken to protect the citizens of the city. "Think, think!" Lee mumbled to himself in fusturation, what should he do, how could he do it?

He was thrown from his thoughts when he a ball of blue energy whipped past his head. "What the hell." He mumbled as he dodged more and more blue balls of energy. He quickly realized that it was the armor girl, she was protecting the lady, why? She was probably convinced by the lady to help free the animals. How could she have been so naive? She could not just send animal roaming the streets of Cleveland because she wanted to free them. It was a process that took time, by giving animal food, they could have lost there instincts and kills to hunt, or live in the wild, they needed to do this calmly and carefully if they wanted to save these animals.

"Stop!" he yelled as he came to a halt above them. He slowly descended with his hands in the air, he needed to talk to her. Once he landed he become human again, all traces of his fire gone. "We need to discuss this in a calm manor, think about what she is doing, sending animals rampaging down the streets of Cleveland is unreasonable. There is such better way to go about this, but anything but her way, have her send the animals back to the zoo. You could buy the zoo or something, and go from there." He explained calmly, hopefully she would see reason.
