Personality:Darssus stands as an inquisitive, apathetic observer most of the time, assessing people and situations while throwing out morality and the concept of grey areas as contaminating factors. Driven by such mindsets as "survival of the fittest" and "to the victor go the spoils", Darssus takes great pleasure in determining whether the will and/or strength of one person or party is capable of overpowering those of another and genuinely respects people of strong will and unshakable conviction, but cares little to nothing for the lives that are affected or even lost as a consequence of the conflicts that arise due to his meddling, unless they belong to him.
Cool and mannerly, Darssus is an avid philosopher and skilled rhetorician. However, he seems aware that his mindset and actions are not in tune with the popular veins of thought and actively shrouds these with gentlemanly decorum and clever semantics. As an analyst of human nature, Darssus understands exactly what needs to be said in order push a being over the edge. He is shown to be a very calculating and methodical man, able to seemingly perceive any and all matters at hand and use this information to better manipulate the situation, making him all the more dangerous.

-Expert Tactician and Strategist:
As the functional leader of Ionia and a man raising and ruling a huge population, it stands to reason that Darssus possesses a highly intelligent mind capable of hatching plans within plans and processing vast amounts of information. A genius by all accounts, he is an individual who can manipulate the the battlefield, opponents, and even allies through complex schemes that take multiple contingencies into account. He can think several steps ahead, allowing him to change his tactics on a moment's notice and adjust his plans to match the situation at hand. If he finds himself facing a vastly superior intellect, Darssus is more than willing to abandon tactics and simply overpower his enemies, taking away much of the advantages that they would get from their brilliance.
-Weapon Specialist: Although he prefers to fight with the bow, Darssus is capable of turning almost any object into a lethal weapon. His weapon of choice is the short sword and or bow. Darssus is reluctant to use it in battle if he is unable to prevent the information from being leaked to other potential opponents, preferring to resort to his raw physical abilities and combat skills in order for his opponent to know as little about him as possible.
-Peak Strength and Speed: In combat, this raw power comes to bear when Darssus enters melee range, at which point he uses his speed to destroy his enemies as quickly as possible, holding little back in favor of completely overwhelming his opponent's defenses if ranged combat is a no go. Combined, these expressions of his physicality might leave few willing combatants who oppose him, and those that choose to take the risk are quick to find the true limits of his strength.
Interesting:Ionia is known all around for producing top notch hunters, whose keen senses, and peak physical capabilities, makes them a logistical nightmare on the battlefield.

Ruling style:Ionia is an parliamentary-authoritarian state ruled by a single man, in this case, Darssus. Darssus is assisted and advised by the Popei, or a counsel of 5 of his most trusted men, usually administrators of Houses. Houses are archetypes of work, similar to union for specified jobs. The House of Earth would encompass miners, this is watched over by an administrator who answers to Darssus himself. They also help to enforce his law on the people, without the need of a police force to all the time.
