Thought of that already. Can Mal turn around, move nearly ten feet and make an attack in the time it takes Diana to move her finger about an inch? I don't doubt his abilities, but I don't think even he could manage that.

With Mal's speed? Yes. And Mal doesn't have to take the sword route either. With quick access to his firearms, he can kill Diana before she fires. This would be so much easier if you numerated your skills according the tier and we can compare. But with the descriptions laid out before us, Mal can preform a killing action before she can fire a shot, if not predict the shot's trajectory. We should take this to Pm's, on Discord maybe?

@LokiLeo789 Feel free to try. I've done some arena roleplay in the past, Diana can run if necessary, and the fight might be broken up beforehand anyway. Otherwise, I'm sure we can find a way we both get to survive this.

I fear you underestimate the situation my friend. For one, no one is going to be effective enough to help you; Marco is high and unable to coordinated himself, Giggles is content just watching, Irishman and Hound won't pose a threat; not to mention none of them can even combat Mal if they wanted to. Second of all, Mal is a physical monster. In no way shape or form did Diana sneak up on him unnoticed. And because she had the guile to attempt to stalk a predator basically, she is viewed as a threat. The moment that gun touched his head, she was dead. Mal's reaction time his faster that she can shoot, he can cut her down faster than she can react. And let't not forget that every single one of Mal's weapons counter your character. Please feel free to read my CS to further confirm. (I.E: Energy Blade, High Caliber Armor Piercing Rounds)

I am glad we are able to talk about this, but what happen's next is likely unavoidable unless we opt to have him show mercy, something against his character, and cut off an arm. If that would be to your liking, I'm willing to work with you there. Otherwise, anything else would go grossly against his character.

Without that requested change, I will not offer a new review or approval. A character that has reflective damage in that regard is too generally powerful to be within reason for the tiers we are gaming toward. There is still the issue of targeting specific locales for instantaneous and near unavoidable death.

Again, other Staff might disagree, but my opinion holds.

I understand. I believe it's best I respectfully redact this character because the reflective damage in this respects is a core aspect of his character and story.

It's not the tier that matters in this case then, it's the skills that the characters possess in tow. And by all accounts, Mal outperforms.
