@Jbcool You go for the Chaplain mate. And as the last of the Celestial Lions Apothecaries were killed I'll go for a Devastator.
The Glorious Boletarian Commonwealth

January 1836

King Alorik II.
Wrenclaw, Capital of Boletaria. The Imperial Palace.

Alorik Veliko, second of his name and king of Boletaria. Gazed through the paneled windows of the Imperial Palace, watching the torrent of snow raging beyond the glass across the capital city of Wrenclaw. A true Boletarian blizzard, general winter making himself known once more before marking the end of a year, and the dawn of a new one. The ships across the harbor of the Polak straight, the Commonwealth's only connection to the ocean, remained docked as snow blanketed the now stationary vessels, only to be awoken again when the blizzard and snows relented it's icy grip. Likewise, the Boletarian army had been demobilized with only the most essential and hardiest remaining at their stations across the border frontiers. There was something so pure during the harsh winter months, where only but the most important of problems ebed away, replaced instead with keeping warm and remaining.

Naturally, a man of his station had it easier. Nursing a warm cup of Nehalenian tea, a small strand of steam whisking up into the air, as he watched the now white city before him. Over the four years of his rule, King Alorik II has made some hypocritical, diplomatic moves on the grand stage, at-least when they are viewed side by side, nevertheless each has been made to the benefit of his own great nation. The first was selling cannons and muskets to the Grand Kingdom of Schulstein as they attempt reclaim lost land to the Duchy of Fulric in it's war for Independence. Whilst also looking to increase it's relations with the Kingdom of Vressia, after already being on friendly terms after aiding them with clothes, arms and supplies being supplied to them across the channel in their own war against Solvig. In the late days of December, envoys had been sent to either nation, requesting their presence at the Imperial Palace of Boletaria, to discuss diplomacy and the future. Not soon after, the King had agreed to send an ambassador to the Oslad Federation where talks of the Treaty of Valish would commence. As soon as the snow would relent, the Ambassador would be on his way. When it would however, no-one knew. However a signed parchment announcing that the Ambassador would be attending, managed to be sent before the full wrath of winter could commence.

[x] Ambassador Vihren Kolarov of the Boletarian Commonwealth

There was now this potentially international crisis in the Second Kingdom of Murelia. A revolutionary movement it's own king had failed to control. As the closest major power to the kingdom in peril, no doubt the world looked to the Commonwealth to act. And act it would.

The King's Summons

King Alorik II, blessed be him by the Saint. Beckons for the honorable Grand King Marwick Ludwig Donitz IV of the Grand Kingdom of Schulstein, and King Paul IX of the Kingdom of Vressia, to his Imperial Palace in Wrenclaw in order to discuss diplomacy, at the utmost of haste when travel and safety can be assured.

JARELIAN INDEPENDENCE CRISIS

Public statement by King Alorik II of Boletaria.

"To allow this revolutionary movement to remain would be a grave error, to support it even more so. The consequences of which will threaten to tear down society as we know it. Any nation which supports this movement oversees the destruction of their own governance. The Boletarian Commonwealth pledges it's support to the rightful King of Murelia appointed by Divine mandate, not by some unfounded ideals!"

Be damned with subtlety, the world would know where the Commonwealth would stand. And it would be with the righteous.

So what we have so far...
2 Assault marines.
1 Terminator with a knack for heavy weapons.
1 Prip who I've been told will be a Librarian.

Thinking a Devestator or Death speaker (Chaplain) for my Celestial Lion. Oh, decisions.

@mattmanganon No matter your training, after donning tactical dreadnought armour your specialization would be terminator and not devastator. As terminators employ vastly different combat doctrines to devastators, representing the fact that you're first company and a walking tank.

Well this'll be interesting then.

Oh I imagine so, will you throw your lot in with them though? I wonder.

<Snipped quote by Lone Wanderer>

Perhaps a trade agreement?

I'll take you up on that offer. This clumsy giant needs it's resources.

>TRANSMISSION BEING RECEIVED
>PROCESSING...
>...
>A pride of lions, so celestial in their ways... Yet betrayed by dark machinations on the lips of Armageddon, not all of us did die that day.
This is shaping up to be good.
Anyone want to discuss faction relations with a backwards, old age empire?

Edit:
@Chairman Stein
Your client state appears to be my enemy.

The Boletarian Commonwealth

History:
A sleeping giant, with age-old traditions and ways of doing things. Here, the feudal way of life remains so entrenched in society that only until recently have they begun to slowly become undone. The serfs are as tied to the land as cattle, and with almost as few rights. To survive, the Commonwealth has always required a strong hand to control and hold it.
Now, however, The Boletarian Commonwealth is changing, awakening. It is beginning to look outwards, towards the best that the rest of the world has to offer in terms of ideas, culture and might. These things must be introduced carefully however, to avoid the ills of free-thinking and what might befall it.

A nation long lost within itself and it's conservative and traditionalist views, the Commonwealth would only gain notoriety on a more international stage in the late 18th century during the rule of King Damir the Architect. Through a number of successful wars the King expanded the Commonwealth into a much larger empire which would become a major power of the Old World. Damir I is also credited for leading the cultural revolution that replaced some of the traditionalist and medieval social and political systems that were still in place, some of which still are, with ones that were deemed more modern and scientific by the other major powers of the realm. During his reforms, Damir saw the reformation of the government into an Autocracy and the modernization of the Boletarian Army, with arms produced by foreign nations. On his death in the early 18th century, his firstborn son, Prince Vitomir would claim the throne.

During King Vitomir's reign, the nation saw the widely accepted reforms of his father slow down, but an increase in it's military expansion. The new King, enamored by warfare and soldiery oversaw the increase of the Boletarian army into the largest the realm had ever seen, and led the Commonwealth into several wars with it's neighbors, resulting in more land being claimed under the Commonwealth's banner and consolidating the border which still marks Boletarian land today. However the King's reign would come to an end in 1832 when he was assassinated whilst observing a military display, the assassin and their employers are still unknown.

That was 4 years ago, now Damir's younger brother, King Alorik II rules. A widely untested king who has managed thus far to successfully keep the country, it's nobles and it's wide ethnicity together. A king who is rumored to be something of free-thinker with interests in soldiering much like his brother and a modernized kingdom. A dangerous combination. However, in it's current state Boletaria is in a poor position and despite it's title as a major power severely lacks in many things, the land is severely lacking in many industrial resources bar land for farming which forms the main production of the Commonwealth, keeping it's large population and army fed. The nation's industry is in shambles, more people work in the farms and fields than the cities and it's factories. For Boletaria to claim it's true potential changes will have to be made, lest it becomes history.

Government: An old nation with old ideas. In a realm where kings rule their domains uncontested. The Commonwealth is one such nation, ruled by an Absolute Monarchy, the Veliko Dynasty has ruled Boletaria for five centuries. The current ruler is King Alorik II, who only recently has claimed the throne. However, rumors court the idea that this man is something of a free-thinker and looks to the new ideas and cultures of the rest of the modern world for inspiration.

Foreign Relations

Relations with the other Big Boys:

Kingdom of Nehelenia - Neutral/Trade Partners - Arguably the most industrious nation in the known world. Nehelenia produce forms a large amount of Boletaria's resources not native or in abundance within it's own land. The maritime empire is of great interest to the new king, who wishes to view just to what extent this country has modernized.

Imperium of Skeptoni - Neutral/High tensions - The recent conflict with the Duchy of Fulric on the side of the Grand Kingdom of Schulstein has put the Commonwealth at odds with the Imperium. War is expected to break out between the two nations over the country.

Oslad Federation - Friendly/Minor Tensions - With cultural and religious ties to the Oslad Federation. The Federation is viewed favorably by the King, who wishes to increase relations. However, minor tensions have arose over the recent Osladian-Ville War of 1815, which ended with the Commonwealth's rival of Ville being turned into a client state under the Federation.

Empire of Zellon - Neutral - No good or ill is wished towards the Empire of Zellon.

Relations with Regional Powers:

United Kingdoms of Dalatrum - Neutral - No good or ill is wished towards the United Kingdom of Dalatrum.

Kingdom of Vatannia - Neutral - Viewed not negatively, but unfavorably by the Boletarian Commonwealth. This kingdom is home to a religion and government unlike it's own, which places them as a potential threat in spreading their beliefs and ways of governing to it's neighbors and throwing the ills of free-thinking upon the Commonwealth, ills made evident by the wars of the past within Vatannia itself.

Sanguine Empire - Neutral/Trade Partners - The second largest state within the Old World, and arguably the most backwards. The Empire is viewed with respect by the Commonwealth as a guard against the East and by the fact that in part they share the same faith of Glavidian Orthodoxy. The nation has also impressed King Alorik II with it's recent statement supporting the King of Murelia in the recent Jarelian Independence Crisis, while powers considered grander than itself cowered away in indecision.

Kingdom of Anvegad - Neutral - A rising military power in the north-west and a neighbor of the Boletarian Commonwealth. The Kingdoms Military Academy is renowned and a source for many a Boletarian General's knowledge in warfare. The kingdom is viewed with respect and worthy of such, with it's well trained military and artillery. The Commonwealth seeks increased relations with this particular nation.

Relations with NPC/Minor Powers:

Second Kingdom of Murelia - Allies -

Principality of Sordogne - Friendly -

Kingdom of Vressia - Friendly -

Grand Kingdom of Schulstein - Client State -

Tanash Empire - Friendly -

Ville Confederation - Enemy -

The Trade Market

Trudging among the ragged sprawl of stalls, peddlers, open-air cook shops and scavenger piles which passed for open commerce on this sorry excuse of a station. Armadeus, donned in his fine green tailcoat kept tight against him, it's tails billowing with each gust of wind which he assumed must have appeared a king's finery to the bustling crowds of gaunt faces around him. As he strolled, the air was thick with smoke and the smell of cooking vermin for sale, joined by a variety of other scents he was glad not to know the cause off.

"Aah, the sights and smells of the trade market. As welcoming as ever." He spoke aloud as he took a sniff, taking in the quaint aroma. As his eyes fell over the people, ranging from reclaimators, dregs and that handful of cocky gang blades that like flies to shit, stood nearby. Needless to say, the sort that congregated here were not of the reputable type. Which contributed to the fact why Armadeus's one fleshy hand now rested across the pouch at his side, containing the entirety of throne gelt to his name, the other, bionic arm swung at his side as he walked. His was a walk of the dignified, back straight and in deep contrast to the hunched and slouched figures that made up the general populace of Outpost 57.

He should have known by the fragging name, saints be damned, that this place was not where would want to be left stranded without a ship. 'Outpost 57', not even worthy of an actual name, just another statistic of the Imperium. Continuing this inner monologue, Armadeus found himself lazily browsing the various store fronts. And what exciting objects for sale there was; poorly patched clothing, ill-repaired goods and food rations supplemented with barely edible cooked vermin. He found himself groaning with contempt.

That was until he caught the glint of metal sitting atop a rotten, wood plank of a scrapped together storefront which caught his eye, a wiry man garbed in a torn and brown coat stood behind it talking to an equally emaciated male.
"Finally, I-I have what you wanted... Now give me my fathers pin!" The male spoke frantically and quickly as Armadeus strode towards them. He noticed three rusted and iron grey needles bundled tightly in the frantic man's coiled fist as he came up besides him. Taking a closer look at the storefront and the glinting object. It appeared to be a brooch, a skull without a jaw, surrounded by a laurel and three crossed swords behind that.

The once seneschal, picked up the brooch, inspecting it between his fingers. He turned his attention back to the two, both were staring at the newcomer now. There was no words needed, Armadeus flicked the trader a throne gelt coin, the grubby store-merchant quickly grasped at the falling coin, taking it into his stuffy fist. Before the second man could even gather a screech worthy of a banshee, Armadeus had his receding back to them whilst using his sleeve to rub the grime coating the bronze plated brooch, it appeared to be a brooch an Imperial Guardsmen might wear. With a shrug, the brooch now found itself pinned to the left side of it's new owners coat. And did it look good.
Some awesome NS's. And a fellow Slavic-like nation, no less!

@Theodorable My own nation's history is done. Focused more on the latest events of the country, rather than it's founding. Which I can work on if it's required.
