In all seriousness, welcome! We could use a new person to help start up the IC. A word of advice: For some reason most of the IC posts tend to be in groups, there could be 12 hours between posts and then 8 posts are made in the next hour.

Afndklnskf no your lines aren't messy that's not what I meant Orz, I meant my sketch lines are messy. Really, really messy. I wish I could draw clean lines, yours are fine, friend. XD And I'm not good by business standards either, not even close. I'm literally just this sixteen year old who's only teacher is experience, and I don't even have much of it under my belt, so to speak. I was going to get into that but then it became a long emotional ramble about stuff that you probably don't want to hear about so long story short I used to hate art, went through some crap in grade six that made me not hate art because it was one of my few outlets, which is when I began drawing, but I was super behind everyone else and still am because I started so late. And awww, no need to sound so formal, silly. And remember that I enjoy doing this, it's no bother. ^ v ^

Alrighty, that makes a lot more sense now. Got it for the hair. Going to try to not die with the face though. XD

Alrighty, I'll see what I can do with this. XD
I'll have a few sketch ideas (not even going to outline them so MESSY LINES HELL AWAY~ because I get so scared of outlining things by hand now angjndkf) and I guess you can pick which one you like best? Also if I should have some sort of example for the hair because I'm a little confused as to how it exactly looks like Orz *shot*

Also, I somehow find it a lot more easier to imagine Sodalite with a battle-skirt (as you put it) rather than something more akin to a gown, but ye, I'll draw both and you can tell me what you think.

Edit: Could you at least give me a face, eye, and nose shape, at least? Normal is sort of vague. Just as a written description is fine. Other than the combination that's in her picture because I can't seem to pull it off XD

Also, no worries about your art, trust me, it's a lot more than 'not really good' as you put it, and it'll only get better. Heck, it reminds me a lot of my art from just a few months ago, and though I'm not the best artist either, it's improvement and that's all you can really strive for as an artist, I think.

We're accepting human characters and possibly canon (you should talk to Akaya about that since we still don't know if we're going with those or what the drill would be), but no gem OCs are currently being accepted.
