History:

A half-Japanese, half-Irish, urbanite girl born on Dublin. Because Emma wanted to spread her wings, her parents sent Emma to study at Purple Crown and live with he Japanese grandparents.

Emma has been on the academy for three semesters and managed to mingle seamlessly in the multinational culture of the world famous place. She's both a member of the Journalism Club and a voluntary Librarian.

• Level 02 - Pyromaniac: Whenever you cast a spell (through feat or ability) that causes damage to at least one target, you gain a Pyromania Counter. Once you have accumulated 05 counters, your next spell will stun all targets it damages for 01 Round. Each counter lasts for 05 Rounds, but their duration is refreshed with each new counter you gain. Passive.

• Level 03 - Fire Ball: "The bread and butter of fire magics, yet nobody can deny its 1001 uses. Ahh... fireball. How much we love thee." Deal huge damage and a 05% per Round burn to all targets within a large area at long range. The burn lasts until the afflicted targets are healed, it's extinguished by mundane means (water, dirty, etc.), or for 05 Rounds. A same target can't be subject to more than one burn from this spell, further application will only renew the duration of the effect.Cast time: 01 Action; Cooldown: 05 Rounds.

I think it would depend on who's selling. I'd assume lots of merchants trade with users from other guilds but some may be elitists.
