Some people need to make a hard choice when deciding which two karaoke streams they want to listen to. I have no such weakness: I have two ears for a reason.

The hard part about trying to play some politically savvy mastermind is the assumption that the world operates off real world politics and not your DM’s politics.

Don't put too much stock in prophesies. At best they're full of shit, but more often than not they're one of those self-fullilling kinds. Plan for what happens afterwards instead.

A character isn't deep or compelling just because you let them get hurt a lot, are always depressed, or do morally questionable things.

Bio

If you're here either you're wondering what I'm doing cause I need to post in your RP (In which case, calm yo tits, I'll get around to it), or you want to know who I am. So let's begin.

I'm a college age asian kid who has more heart than he has senses. I'm still working out this whole "adulthood" thing, so until then I just do what I feel I must. As far as personality and traits go, I'm not one for boasting. So if there's anything redeeming about myself you'd have to figure it out in person or by word-of-mouth. Generally however I'm rather perverted, in the best and worst ways. nothing is too much until I've crossed the line, and that just means I've started.

As far as Roleplays I like, I have a thing for fantasy, though I'm also good for some types of sci-fi, supernatural, Modern, and slice-of-life. If it's open and sandbox, I'll probably join it. Never really been a romantic, I often chose to sexualize any notion of romantic encounters I come across. I generally write at Casual quality, though I have no issues with Free-Level Rp/Players and I can hold my own in Advance.

The group were on the move following the trail of the Lightning Company. At first Syfr didn't see anything out of the ordinary in the crowds of alley, but after about ten minutes of searching he spots something. Five men, four wearing similar outfits and armed with longswords. They had the Lightning Company patch on their shoulders as they were escorting who appears to be a woman from the back of a building. Syfr wasn't able to get close enough to hear anything but from the way the woman was dressed it seemed like she was trying to hide herself as well. Shortfang reports what Syfr see's as he informs you that it looks like instead of the stables, the Lightning Company and the woman are heading towards the docks district. "Maybe they take boat?" Shortfangs says somewhat loudly due to not being able to hear. Either way they were on the move.
Depends on who the broker knows, but you'd expect at least maybe 100 each, maybe more if they're actually important like a captain or such, but none of these elves were the ship captain.
Thersa can deal with your “prisoners of war” though she charges a fairly flat rate of 50 gp per head, since she can’t garuntee to contact the elves missing family members. Otherwise you can wait until you find a port with a larger network of blackmarket traders.

Also the only place with books would be Red Town’s mayor house which for obvious reasons isn’t open to the public.
He has. It’s actually a fairly small port town known for its high abundance of red clay deposits and fine pottery (hence the name), but the local thieves guild operates the caravan company there. They’re a legitimate business but so long as you know the right people (and Talogan does) they will discretely delivery your cargo and compensate you in advance for the shipment.

The person you’re looking for is a halfling named Thersa Silvermane. She is a fairly mature halfling woman with silver hair who works as a caravan master. She pays 1/3 the price of your plunder but doesn’t ask questions and can easily make the paperwork to launder the product, ensuring that whatever you sell to her won’t be searched as contraband and more importantly, bring authorities back to you.

Aside from that Red Shard doesn’t really have much of a pirate presence as the guardsmen there are paid off by the thieves guild, so they won’t bother you or your crew unless they start trouble in town.
As Shortfang summons Syfr and sends him off, he also climbs into Buddy’s backpack and starts channeling his vision. Meanwhile Pylia responds to your questions. “Well, if Syfr flies high enough most people probably won’t immediately recognize him as anything but a bird. Being a black bird is t too unusual either though an owl in the city will certainly be strange for anyone who thinks about it. Dinah... Well, I suppose if she tucks those strange tail things away she might not be immediately noticed, but white cats are fairly rare around here. But at worse that might just attract the attention of children or stray dogs. As long as Dinah doesn’t bother anyone no one would suspect her if being a familiar immediately.”

You say that like ambushing and fluffing Ashara is not a part of Mamoru’s plans. The nature of her gambits are deep and complex after all.
Unfortunately, interrogation isn't really Mamoru's thing, so I'll leave that with the specialists. She needs to reconvene with her clone and get a status update and continue on with other parts of her plans.
There wasn't much else in this area aside from the stairways and kiosk. Though near the kiosk, the group would notice some sort of strange device. It looked like just a small metal brick with a slot in it. For those who might've retained the relevant memories, this was a keycard slot. But coming from below, the group could also hear some voices. It was faint and soft so it was a bit of distance away, but it was notably audible in the tunnel's normal silence. Two distinct voices were coming, and they'll son arrive. The trio would have scant but a few seconds to decide how they handle this potential confrontation.

Ambrosio slow but methodical movements would allow him to safely bypass the armed explosives, finding that those kids had set up more than two as he goes down the tunnel. Fortunately he would be able to get a pattern of how they set up the makeshift landmines and how to easily avoid them, and would eventually come across to a small station. There didn't seem to be much here aside from a bench and a bathroom however, though there were fresh footprints leading towards the bathroom. Small, likely belonging to the young boys from before, but the foot prints also leave the bathroom. Perhaps they were just doing their business, or perhaps they had left something behind? It was up to Ambrosio to discover. There was still more dark tunnel to explore.
Thanks to danger sense, my advantage on dex saves cancels out the disadvantage from restrained and now I have an 18 on my save. My Init is a 12 though.
The group seemed to have no issues with this new direction. "Let's just be careful. Last thing we want to do is tip them off that we're onto them. Maybe we can spy on them and report to Shor once he's done with his sewer business." Shortfang seemed extra excited. "Yes! We hunt! Shortfang good for hunting!" Buddy once more had no real comment, simply waiting for your directions. Yorik seemed rather satisfied at this decision as well. "Well aight den. Like yer mate said, don't let em know yer tailin em. But if things do get messy, they ain't armored up, so it ought ta be easy ta fight em. But don't underestimate em. Lightning Twats might sell out dere badges ta thugs and criminals ta make work easier, but dey are legit fighters demselves. In any case, hurry on now while da trail still hot. Chances are once they reach da stables they're gunna mount up, and den it'll be hard work chasin em."
