Ice-blue eyes scanned the white wonderland that had dragged his mother from sleep to pester him with getting out of the manor for a bit. Truth be told, he didn't mind leaving his home and wandering in random circles, however today was special. Marilyn's birthday was soon and he'd had a gift picked out since mid-November, turning his head away from the view, ice-blue eyes met drooping chocolate-brown.
"Will we be there soon?" He asked and hid a smile when his companion jerked and blinked dazely. Clearing his throat his companion scratched his pale cheek in embarrassment.
"In fifteen to twenty minutes my lord, we picked a great time to have left the manor. The clouds are getting thicker, sir Solomon." The voice was soft but held a tone of wonder, Solomon hummed softly and nodded his head in agreement. They'd be arriving soon, hopefully Marilyn would be happy to see him, hopefully the fight they had would of settled by now.
Stepping out of her shower and scooping Eros up from where he'd decided to perch himself near the heater, she made her way back into her room. Knowing that Artemis would clean her room, she grabbed a gray silk dress that fit her mood for the day and easily tugged it on, running a comb through her hair she sighed softly and rubbed the still slightly painfully cuts on the pulse point of her neck. No one would know they are there of course, however hiding them might be harder, slipping the black choker into place, Marilyn rose to her socked feet and made her way to her door. Slipping into a pair of gray low heeled boots, Marilyn paused long enough for Eros to wrap around her shoulders before making her way out into the hall. Reaching the stairs that would lead her down to the main floor, Marilyn sighed softly and absently trailed her fingers across the puncture marks.
She wondered idly as she reached the final step a turned to the right to head or the dining room, what would happen today.
