I love creating writing and I am here to practice the art form.

I'm in nursing school and I am a husband to a beautiful woman and a father to an active 1 year old. I'm new to this type of Roleplaying but I'm excited to play. Hit me up, make me your friend, I'm generally always up to roleplay.

Yo Yo @CryptDemon Welcome! Welcome! and Welcome again!

The young hero had bravely begun fighting his way through the dangers of the underground, leaving a trail of dead bugs and goblin guts along the way. "AAahahhh!!! Hellpp!!!" came a child's cry. Nesy heard the little girl and was able to use the sound to track through the Labyrinthine tunnels. Putrid smells accosted him as he trekked deeper and deeper into the wet sewers.

"..esy... Nesy.." Nesy's ears filled with electronic beeps and buzzes, "establi... onnection..." it was the girls voice from before, when he awoke in the cave, and she sounded as if she was standing next to him. "It's me, Asra, from before....*buzzwerp!*.. your internal processing unit has charged and we can talk n...." the voice was gone again.

Nesy's infrared view gave him a clear image of the path in front of him, he ignored the enigmatic voice and continued to follow the sound of the weeping girl. Suddenly, he felt an unnervy feeling spread through his body and chills begin to run down his spine, just like they had before when he talked to the old man at the top of the well. He had to stop for a moment to regain his balance.

"That's better." Asra's voice came in clearly. "The machinery is charging from your biomagnetic aura, we should be able to speak for a time." Nesy looked around, there was nobody there. "I am here to help you, but I must speak quickly because your neural implant will only last so long. I turned on the Infrared for you, and I will help you in other ways as well, but every time I project myself holographically to you or assist you in using one of your functions it uses our power. If I use all our power your brain will shut down, you will retain the functional capacity of a vegetable at best. Nod if you understand." Nesy nodded, a little wide eyed and befuddled.

"I am here, in this world, in this time, and you must find me. I am in a tower, floating in the sky. You don't remember but you and I, we were a part of the destruction of the world before this one, and now we must save what has grown from the wound we made. But it's going to be a long road, and it will not be easy...." Nesy could make out the light of what looked like a fire around the bend up ahead and he stopped. The lady up top said something about a monster, and he didn't think she was talking about the goblins or the spiders.

"Up ahead is a Bugbear, a loathsome creature that is half bear, half goblin:

"It will not be easy to kill, be careful Nesy, it plans to eat the girl." Asra paused to let that sink in, Nesy creeped forward to try and get a good look around the corner, the little girl was still sobbing loudly. "If you take the path to your left," Nesy turned and saw a branch of tunnel going off to his left, "you will find the dam that it built out of debris so that it could live down here. Be careful Nesy, you are that poor girl's only hope...."

Hundreds of years ago there was a terrible war that left the world in ashes, the only memory is a myth about a star which fell to earth and consumed all life. The only vestiges of the old world are shrines located in hidden places, now guarded by wise and powerful elemental priests; and a looming Tower flying high in the sky like a bright comet circulating the globe in regal perpetuity.

The people came back, slowly, as well as the animals and vegetation. But something was different, the animals had changed into new forms, and some of the people had discovered the skill to manipulate the fabric of reality itself, making the world limited only by their dreams.

Draygon, an evil being, wishes to rule this world, and he has discovered that the Tower holds the power of the old ones. He seeks to find the means to communicate with the Tower, and using it's power usher an age where his power is unlimited.

Nala reached behind her back and with a yelp of pain pulled the needle from her spine. She immediately bent to help her brother. "Talon," she said shakily, "Talon, Brother! Wake up!" Groggily his eyes fluttered open, he looked at his sister ands smiled, and then abruptly passed out again.

Nala stood up and took stock of all the soldiers and priests around her. The black witch had leapt away in a flurry of carnage, her sharp needles still glittering in the blood speckled sunlight like a macabre morning dew. How could one witch do all this? Nala asked herself, God, one witch! No wonder filling the ranks of the Inquisition is so important. Servants of the Inquisition to hunt the black hearted and cruel, and knights to clean up the mess. Some knight, she thought looking at her fell brother, some knight indeed. She let out a sigh and slung her brother's limp arm over her shoulder and helped him to his feet. He responded like a bag of meat, but he did respond, and they were able to walk/limp to the direction of the healers.
@Vampiretwilight Hi. I think your thread has fallen away friend. It's an interesting beginning but there's not enough meat to sink into. I can appreciate the short answers and simple responses but you are going to have to build the world a bit more before I know how to play into it. Good luck friend, I'll be around.

Teddy thought is was a beautiful day. The sun was up, the air was crisp, and he got to ride with two beautiful girls. Even though he had no courage to tell them so he still felt somehow masculinized in their company, so he sat up straighter in his saddle and puffed his chest up in the hopes it made him look more handsome. Trooper Ulmer, Simone, was to his left, with her neat uniform and straight back riding; and Trooper Welser, Anja, was to his right with her blond hair, blue eyes, and general badassery. They were moving at a hard cantor and so the noise of their horses prevented conversation, but even so Teddy felt like part of a unit with these girls. They were almost friends, or something like friends. They had been riding together for about a month under Sergeant Hecht and seemed to be able to communicate well as long as there were orders to follow. During this last month of training in basic soldiery the group showed real promise as a team, anyone watching could see it was true. However, the Squadron hadn't seen any real action yet, and real violence changes things. For Teddy it was still as if the war was some abstract idea off in the future, but now, as they were riding to engage the enemy, everyone was starting to get nervous. Teddy was well familiar the fact that anxiety did not make for easy friendships.

But nonetheless, the day was still beautiful, and Teddy couldn't ask for better company, or a better horse. Sir Briggs might not have been purchased with the best pedigree but the charger had quickly affirmed its quality in terms of speed, strength, and the strange affection he had quickly developed with his young rider. Together they rode towards the smoke billowing off in the distance. The smoke spoke of a village, and a village spoke of a possible river crossing. Finding an easy crossing for their troops would put them in position to flank a large force of Tallion soldiers, and if Teddy could take credit for the find he would. As scouts the other two were allowed to branch off and ride for themselves but Teddy was focused on that village and the hope it presented, even if it meant three or fours hours of hard riding both ways. Two thoughts prioritized themselves: First, would there be a crossing that could support over 1000 troops, horses, and their heavy guns; and Second, do the folks in the village support the Empire or the upstart Rebellion? If anyone from the village reports to the Empire the location of Rhaetian soldiers then any hope of surprise would be lost and the regiment would surely be slaughtered by the larger force, discretion and speed were key. The thought of impending death gave Teddy a painful, cold feeling in his gut.
