Starter: chikorita (with overgrow) brave personality
Bio: Born to a group of facility workers and expected to go as the others as in his family did, but he never liked the city. It was to loud and smogged and it only allowed smoggy and mean looking pokemon around that dare to show there face to some of the meaner kids around making it look all the more gloomy. Being picked on for not having a pokemon never helped the boy either and the only kid who'd stand up for him left to go on a pokemon adventure.. Eventually his family understood he wanted to be a pokemon trainer and allowed him to leave to get his starter and since then he has been on his own adventure, hoping to out shine his once powerful friend who saved him many times, but he has yet to get his pokemon yet.

Bio: ivan's family was always busy, to busy to care for him, so they allowed there pokemon to deal with him. Eventually he grew a great bond with them and his father realized that and gave the boy an egg he found and had no clue how it got there. When the egg hatched the boy was reluctant to find it wasn't shiny or really strong pokemon but it had spirit so he knew it would work. Together the boy and his pokemon would play and train and eventually battle, at first for fun but eventually for ideals as he grew older and kids got more cocky. When it was obvious he was king of the pile Ivan knew he was wasting potential and left to adventure on, leaving those he saved from bully's to fend for themselves. He is now a stronger trainer than ever but has slowed his pace to watch a boy from his home town come after him when received a letter with that in it.
