Deft — Roleplayer Guild

Hello everybeing!

I've had quite the hankering to become a Pokemon master! Or something of the sort. Hello I am Deft, (they/them), and I am eager to find a solid partner for a Pokemon RP. I've got a couple plot, scenarios, ideas, etc. But I usually prefer to coordinate with a partner on an idea and come up with something we both enjoy. 

Some preferences about my Pokemon world; No Canon characters! For either of us, I don't do canon we don't portray the characters well enough it usually just feels like an entirely different character. I'd also prefer a grittier or at least slightly more realistic Pokemon. I am not a fan of the overly positive and childish aspect of the series. I enjoy battling beasts bonding by beating one another bloody, you know? I curse, I enjoy adult themes like drugs and sex although smut is not a requirement. I'd also prefer a more relaxed partner interested in a degree of world building, plot discussion and general OOC buffoonery.

I am Deft (they/them). A dreary dreamer brimming with ideas and desires, I am lightly above average in everything I do but never quite that great. I have been roleplaying for too long all over the internet, like 15+ years or something from Gaia to Habbo to forums and maybe even under a rock in the woods if RPing was there. I used to be one of those novella obsessive writers but no longer simply because I can't do it not enough time, now I often do anywhere from 2-6 paragraphs with a simple goal of being organized and legible. Usually I prefer playing a small cast of characters with one or two main characters each. I like face claims but depending on the RP can do anime pics too or sometimes a little of both, I like having a sort of character sheet or some sort of reference to consider while RPing. I do not fade to black for really anything, I enjoy violence, romance, horror, smut, drama and all sorts of adult themes in my Roleplays so I ask my partners understand that when contacting me. Ideas
Power Rangers -- Way cooler of a setting than people give it credit for. Catastrophic apocalyptic background, the Zords are crashing through landscapes tangling with kaiju amongst humanity's ruins. Big robots, magic, sci-fi/fantasy, romance, apocalyptic.
Naruto AU -- Retelling of a classic tale. I always felt like Naruto was a great premise executed poorly. Bad female characters, cool concepts abandoned in the face of power creep, silly power balance. Would love to make it our own!
Gritty Pokemon -- Got a couple ideas for this, medieval, some alterations to how the world is or maybe a crossover. Ask. Also interested potentially in a Mystery Dungeon-style story.
Dungeonland 0* -- A new MMORPG is released globally, it promises to be the first fully immersive Virtual Reality where one's senses of every degree are engaged. There's also a promise, a means to actual real-world wealth if one can discover it... inspired by Sword Art Online, Dungeon Meshi, Grimgar of Fantasy & Ash. Adventure, horror, survival, isekai 
Space Crew* -- Welcome to being a pirate in the 26th century. Sounds amazing right? It isn't. You kinda just drift along a couple trade routes waiting to pick up a signal, usually we just find a cargodrone or if we're lucky a freight caravan, usually.. Slice-of-life, sci-fi, adventure, romance.
Superhero Association* -- In a world where meta-humans, magic and monsters coexist battling on the street every other day, life can be kind of stressful. We at the Heroes Guild hope your time here in Supercity 7 is one free of the fears that haunt everywhere else in the world. We may not be able to save the world, but we can save your world. Superheroes, inspired by Dispatch, One Punch Man, X-Men.
the Swordmage* -- A land of wizard enclaves and witch covens is ruled by a sorcerer known as the Summoner who lives determined to enslave the population he rules and those beyond with his insane magical prowess. Few stand in his way, none more prominent than the Swordmage. Old West Fantasy, Sword&Sorcery adventure, heavy action and big world building my idea is not complete or even anything beyond a pitch!


I also enjoy a handful of fandoms and would be open to ideas from across the board, just pitch it!

- Fullmetal Alchemist, One Punch Man, Soul Eater, Grimgar of Fantasy & Ash, Halo, Book of the New Sun, Starship Troopers, Star Wars, Marvel/DC especially X-Men. Probably more I'm not thinking of.
