Anthar twisted softly, not expecting the bottle to be closed so tight. It was. Failing to open it the first time, he tried a second time with more force, finally getting it opened. Stupid, stupid, stupid! Now she will think I'm weak.
Trying to hide his embarrassment, Anthar smiled at Mori. "I think we're missing some cups." He turned around searching the shelves around him for cups. He spotted a few glasses sitting next to some utensils on one of the shelves. He took two and set them down on the billiard table, then he poured from the mysterious drink into both glasses. He put down the bottle and handed one glass to Mori and the other he took for himself.
"Cheers!"

He raised his glass high, then put the glass to his lips and took a sip.
"Wow, that is some strong shit!" He exclaimed, scrunching up his face. It was stronger than that vodka Randal gave him when he turned 21. "Anyway, what is a beautiful woman like you doing alone at a bar in the middle of nowhere?" he asked. He could already feel the alcohol starting to take effect.

Oh, for God's sake, you don't have to pretend. I know you hunters aren't as strong. She thought while observing him struggle with opening that bottle. While he was searching for the cups, Mori listened to the sounds coming from the bar, trying to distinguish what was going on in there. Since there was no sound of screaming, yelling or breaking things, she concluded that everything was alright.

With hidden disgust she took the cup Anthar had given her, and clenched her fingers around it, wondering how could she get herself out of drinking alcohol. She followed Anthar's example, and raised her cup high in the air, only to then lower it again, far from her lips. His particular facial expression was enough proof to her, that she made a right decision not taking a sip. If Jet Fuel did that to him, God knows what would have done to Mori. But since she couldn't just stand there with a full cup in her hands, she had to act quickly. After his question, she took a few steps forward, and landed her hand gently on his chest. She licked her lips while observing his, and then raise her gaze up to his eyes. ''Me? Oh, I just come here to lure good looking men into this room, and then tricking them into drinking that awefully strong shit of a vodka,'' she smiled temptingly, sliding her hands to the sides of his waist as she was slowly to hug him.
No problem. I'm happy to help, and answer your questions. Better to clarify things before they become a problem in the IC ;)
@RPforthatPR I admit you got me confused, since I thought dialoguing is pretty simple :) But if I understood you correctly, you were wondering about how many questions/statements should you put in one post, is that right?
Anyway, the way you ended your post is pretty ok. You could add, question or comment something else, though, giving others more material to respond to, but sincee we are only beginning, and there isn't much to discuss yet, this shall do.

Did that answer you question?
Or you can be late, and risk getting ripped by a demonic-looking hellhound, that is lurking around there somewhere :P Hah I'm joking. Just add that part and introduce yourself to Alexis and Redoran.
@RPforthatPR Mmm the idea was that everyone meets up at the Kirin Taq, so basically that's where your Knight should be headed, or better yet he should arrive there in that first post.
@RPforthatPR It would be a sin not to :) Just put your CS in Characters tab first, and then you're good to go.
@Brimmlocke Hey, you are the one who doesn't feel like leading! :) No, I won't be so horrible. I just wanted to reassure you that playing the Prince isn't as half demanding as you imagine. If you can come up with something more original than Prince of the Barren lands, by all means - go ahead.

Ok, people I have some news! We all expect IC to have many story twists inside, but in this case we have twists in OOC section aswell. I will now announce the winner of the Best Fire Knight CS competition! Wooooooooooooooo....it's@RPforthatPR! Congrats!!! :D You may now post your CS to Characters tab.

How did that happen, you wonder? It's not past 24 hours, and Cleric still hasn't post the CS... Well, our selfless and most honorable @Jinxer plead to include both of the contestants, and offered to give away Alexis' Water gem to @clericbeast, making Cleric the Knight of the Misty rivers. Congrats!!! But don't you worry, Jinxer aka Alexis is not leaving us. She is staying as Shi'larra's apprentice, being just the way she is, only without the gemstone.

@Incanus you might have to do some minor editing in your IC post regarding the change of Alexis' character. - that might not be neccessary, since Alexis will remain to be a knight, only without a gem

OOC drama, that's what this is.
Hmmm, on second thought, would it be okay for me to take the Knight wielding the Ag'rithril instead? Just noticed it had an opening and I would really rather like to play a Knight role instead! I don't know if how I feel about taking on a leader role just yet. I'm sorry If I have caused you any inconvenience!

Ok, first of, it would be better if we moved this conversation over to OOC thread. Secondly, there are actually two people currently competing over who gets that one last knight spot. And thirdly, your Prince character won't actually be a leader in a sense, that he will be calling all the shots. And even if he will, he will mostly just repeat what Shi'larra tells him (which would be me). So no, you won't have any great responsibilities. Besides, it would be kind of fun to have a Prince who has no idea how to lead - all the more reason why he trusts, and listens to the Sorceress ;)
Meh, so is conjuring up fire with your bare hands :D. But sure, 40° is fine then, just wanted to emphasize he's in sync with the heat and fire. It's true 70° would definitely not be good when 43° degrees would kill him.

That's actually a valid point, but still. You don't want to sentence your guy to never be able to be touched by another human again (e.g. pretty lady), would you? :D Not to mention how much would his horse suffer...

You can emphasize him being in sync with the heat and fire by stating that he just cannot get burned, period. Why? Well, because he's protected by magic. And I never said he cannot burn someone else by boiling their blood ;)
Oh my, why do I have a feeling that this will be one of the hardest decisions I'll ever have to make? :o

Good job @RPforthatPR! I really didn't expect you'd be having the CS already written! I just have one concern over the body temperature, though. Whilst I'm ok with the gem being able to increase the heat of a human body, I wouldn't go over 42°, especially when it comes to the Knight himself. I think it's unrealistic (even for a fantasy RP), for him to be able to survive 70°. People die for much less :)

@clericbeast I guess you have now 24 hours to complete your 'submission'. Good luck! :)
