Domain (Portfolio) Description: Vakarlon is a god who controls luck to some extent, his blessings/curses tend to alter how lucky someone is and he makes full use of his shapeshifting powers. He is a masterful liar and can find quite a few loopholes in many things. When confronted, little is at it seems and little factors hinder his foe.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Personality: He who goes around helping the underdog or clever one or whoever he has decided to root for, casually and cheerfully makes deals for souls when it is never actually explained what he plans to do with them. His motives should be rather obscure and he'll mess with people who get on his nerves for whatever reason. He is normally friendly to some extent. That's just some basic ideas as to how he'll behave.
Appearance: Changes form at will but his preferred form for interacting with mortals and deities alike is a youth with dark curly hair, mismatched green and blue eyes, longish fingers and wearing normal clothing for the time. If he needs to look impressive, he surrounds himself with illusory flames and his eyes become pools of darkness, otherwise, he could pass for a mortal.
