Carrie sighed and wearily ran her hands over her face, "No, all council members have them. They damper magical powers of our opponents around us, if we wish it. I wished it." She explained, in what she hope was a simple manor. "For the last time, I am fine. I am not some weak girl who needs to be pampered." She said, getting angry over the persistent encouragement to rest. She should have just knocked the boy flat on his butt. Then she wouldn't be dealing with him.

But she'd then have to be dealing with the twins over her own. It was a lose lose situation, it seemed. "Master Jack. One of the wizard Saints?" She flicked through the information in her head, and sighed. At the very least, Masahiko would be at the Arena as well, so if nothing worked, then she could deliver them to him.

Appearance:
Rosie definetely has a Welsh/Gaelic background to her. She has almost perfect pale skin, black hair that she keeps short in what she considers a Pixie cut. She has a child like, pixy face, eyes that are a little slanted and a brilliant green. Her lips are full, and typically curved in a smile. Across her cheek, arms and chest she has a splattering of freckles, almost adorably so.

She stands at exactly five foot two, and is quite thin, tiny almost. Her body just seems small, which is misleading as she is quite strong, quite agile and has quite a good stamina.

Typically she wears dresses that shows off her body, or pants and a shirt, and boots. Or sandals. One her pinkie finger, on her right hand, she wears a silver patterned ring.

Skills/Talents:
Rosie has a good singing voice, able to match a tune quite well and quickly. She is also good at identify herbs, plants and using them for medicines. She's learning to play magical instruments, and she is a passable cook.

Brief Backstory:
Born to a hard done by family, and the youngest of seven, Rosie nevertheless didn't know that they didn't have much money. She had a fantastic childhood, and loved every moment of it with her siblings, her parents. They lived and worked together on a farm, and this was were Rosie had the time of her life, always. As her powers manifested, just before her second birthday, she was an asset to her family,, people able to nurture and grow plants enabled their farm to grow. Fearful that she would be known for what she was, her family kept her hidden from society, her parents homeschooling her, never really thinking she was missing out on anything.

So it was that when a fire spread through their farm, Rosie found herself orphaned, and her brothers and her were homeless. She didn't know what she did was wrong, as she formed them shelter, a house almost, out of earth, and plants, attracting the attention of the town around them.

THis attracted the attention of NEST, and Rosie was whisked away, torn from her family, and trapped. This led her to Camp Thinker Rock

Power Information

Power:
Supersystem/Elemental: Energy
rosie's powers primarily exist in the earth, using energy to manipulate earth, to encourage it to cry and to use it in a way that she typically wishes to shape it. Because fo the way her powers are, she can also provide minor healing, encouraging nature to fasten.

Her abilities typically consist of creating and increasing earthen materials. This includes encouraging natural deposits of elements to grow (e.g gold, silver), although she rarely uses this, as she feels that it is cheating. To be able to do this though, there needs to be a deposits of the element, even a speck, for her to grow it from. She can shape, compress and manipulate earth how she wishes, effecting its shape, density, hardness and sharpness, as well as repairing the earth itself from damage. This is possible, only based on how damaged the earth is-she can't repair earth that has been completely destroyed like a great big gapping hole, but cracks and similar things she can heal.

She can always create tunnels within the earth, cause earthquakes, mudslides and quicksand to form, all this is limited to her ability to use energy to do this-the more powerful the attack, the harder it is to do, and she can't use it all the time. Again, this needs energy. She can't flatten a building with an earthquake, or create rivers out of mudslides, it's merely an area of effect around her, anywhere between five and ten meters

For now, this is all that she knows she can do. She's unsure how she can do what she can do, but she does know it belongs in energy, as to make anything move, energy is required. Anything that grows needs energy, and for Rosie, using her abilities that energy comes from her. Everything needs balance-while she can bring a plant back from the dead, doing so with a tree is beyond her.

Typically though her abilities focus on the earth itself-dirt and plants essentially.

Limits:
It's limited to the amount of energy she has at a time, as well as her own strength, her own will and her own mind. She can't simply continue to use her abilities all the time, nor can she use them in quick succession.

If she goes beyond beyond her limits, this can seriously effect her, damaging her body and her health as well as risking the potential for death. This is a fine balance for Roise, as she doesn't really know her limits.

weaknesses and draw breaks:
Perhaps Rosie's biggest weakness with her abilities is lightening. Lightening attacks effect her greatly, and actually weaken her. She is also sensitive to the elements-heat and cold typically affect her in a way that may even interfere with her life itself, making her sluggish or just plain cranky.

She doesn't know why lightening/electricity effects her abilities-perhaps it's simple the fact that there's moisture in earth. Her abilities are also susceptible to water, which tends to weaken the strengthen she is able to put in, as it takes more to hold her creations together.

She also can't lift more then is humanly possible. For example, she can't lift a mountain, but can, with some difficulty, lift a boulder. This also effects how much she can actually do-she is bound by the laws of physics. She can't simply just grab something solid and break it into pieces, but rather she has to go through the process of breaking it down, into dirt itself.

Zephyr really didn't know anything, did he? Carrie held up a hand, at the small lacrima embedded in a leather bracelet. "It's small, but effective. That was then at half power. perhaps less. And it helps when I know who I'm fighting against. Keep them separated, and they can't fight as well as they can together." She said, watching as Zephyr picked them up.

She would not rub her cheek. She would not show that weakness, when Zephyr wanted her to rest. She would not. She could not. Shaking her head, making herself a little dizzy, she said "Are you from a guild? Perhaps your Master has something that will holdl them. A normal prison on't do it"

"Yes, I was. And believe me, I am allowed to take pleasure out of it, given what they have done. You don't know the whole story" Carrie said softly, her voice shook slightly, and her eyes looked haunted, for a brief second. "They deserve more then what they got. I'm fine. I don't need to be pampered. I don't have time to relax, nor the need. I. Am. Fine" What was it with guys, and thinking to be the white knight for girls? She didn't get it. What she wanted right then was a drink. And some ice. Perhaps in the drink as well. "I honestly don't know what I'll do with them" She said truthfully with a sigh.

Kalinda couldn't help it. She laughed, "Boy, it's going to be hard to pick just one thing" But her eyes landed on Tori's injured arm, remembering the girl trying to give him a flower. That was definitely something to be angry about, to hate Allen about. She knew that Tori didn't hold a grudge, but Kalinda did. So she nodded, and held out her hand as Tori became her weapon form, holding her.

Carrie just simply blinked throughout Zephyr's speech. She waited a beat to make sure he had finished, and said "I was there. I sensed their magic, and so left to track them now" She looked to two, wondering if she could just leave them there. "I don't trust the ruin knights. As for why I am after them, well. They were apart of the old council. And they are bad. They would destroy the new council, and harm magic. They are, simply, the last loose end to tie up" She said, looking back to Zephyr.

"I am fine, thank you for your concern. I am not Sadistic. Simply taking a little personal pleasure in capturing them. My name is Carrie" She knew that she should report back to Masahiko, but she had dismissed just leaving them there as unsafe. So thaat would have to wait.
