Callie looked at him, wondering how long he'd been thinking on that. Since she had said it wasn't just for show? "Why, because I wanted to" She said softly, feeling like that was corny. "Rash me sometimes acts on pure will and...need, want. I just...wanted to see something" She finished lamely. She had often thought herself predictable, but Caius's actions, and his question seemed to be as a result of unpredictable behaviour.

Just what was coming over her?

Callie took his offered hand, quite unsure if she would be steady enough to walk, she gave him a bashful smile. "It wasn't just to shut them up" She said softly, wondering what his wonder was for. For her...forwardness, boldness? Or just...simply for the...intensity of the kiss.

She glanced about, forcing herself ot meet eyes, as she checked she wasn't leaving anything behind, before remembering she hadn't come with anything. She swallowed, nervous, hoping that her palm wasn't sweaty, as she looked to caius to lead her, smiling now almost shyly. What was she getting herself into?

Her eyes drifted towards the Coven House, and she gave a soft sigh.

Callie heard the whispers too, although not to the extent that Caius did. She had half a mind to do something ras-woops, there she went. Her body moved, even as her mind tried to catch up. May as well give the nose=y parkers a show. She closed the gap, not even sure of what the heck she was doing, and kissed him. From the moment her lips brushed his, there was a spark, that seemed to ignite everything within her. Suddenly, for one brief moment, it was all she could do not to simply jump him.

Oh, gods.

She broke what was probably a steamy, passion-filled kiss, before she succumbed and gave the watches a little more then she had planned. Dropping a burning face into her hands, she couldn't help but laugh, shaking with her mirth. "Oh, I think my blood is actually burning" She shifted awkwardly, rising and trying not to look around.

"Not bother me? You tell me I'm your soul mate and that shouldn't bother me? God, I've never even kis-" She stopped herself, and rubbed her hands over her face. Way to go, Callie. Blurt out you're pretty much the most inexperienced person about. She shook her head, sure she was blushing furiously. She dropped her head in her hands, and let out a slow breath.

Here was this guy, practically saying she was his one true love, and she didn't even know what to think of that, to feel of that. She remembered something her mother had told her, when she'd been obsessed with princess movies and true love. Everyone has that one person that just makes them stop and think, yeah. Thats it. Thats what I want. Callie, my dear, true love is never so simple. You can feel like you've been hit by a frying pan, a brick wall, or you can simply feel...better then you ever could. You can just look across a room at that person, and smile, and suddenly that's everything

She knew what her mother would say to her now. stop freaking out, and pay attention. So Callie drew in a few deep breaths, clearly her mind. She looked up when she felt calmer, Oh, jeez, her stomach felt like a bundle of nerves. Butterflies. "So...maybe you could walk me there?"
